The subtitles everywhere are only auto-generated. It's not released internationally and not translated in English.

The version on viki is the censored/pg-13 (?) one, right?
It's not on Viki yet, and everywhere it's just comes with a content warning 18+. OTT shows don't have censorship like TV shows do.

Person Kim Sae Ron
Even I genuinely want to know, where are her parents. I haven't seen any of their statements. Or maybe they are…
She has both parents, two sisters and relatives. If you google her name in Korean you will see a lot of articles.

Title The Scandal of Chun Hwa
Ughh same. That’s my take too. I already found it so frustrating that the show differed so much from the previews,…
It's advertised as youth romance, but the only character who acts like a young teen is Grand Prince Hwa Seong. The male lead is not much of a playboy to label him that and half of the characters' relationships and storylines are not developed. Even the actors expressed regrets that they didn't have scenes together.

ChannelK India teaser has English subtitles. Maybe they will have official subtitles, it will be available from March 5th. It's related to Amazon Prime, I don't know if subscription required for it.
