haha.. So glad I gave this drama a second look. I love the story.. It's kinda cliche. But gives a different feels.
I agree to the other comment that Do Kyung was the best hugger in drama land. don't know but I love the hug scene more than the kissing scene.. haha. Its my first time to feel that, but his hug was so sincere.especially in the episode 5(still laughing so hard in that scene).

All the supporting roles did a really good job. Do Kyung's co worker, OHY family. their friends. all of it.. I hate to admit it, but it surpass the Beautiful Gong Shim in terms of story.
But I love both dramas in a different way.. More Hug pleassseeee....

waah.. time surely go fast... I stop in episode 16 I think. I will continue this based on the comment below.. I hope Dae Gil will have a happy ending with sol im.coz I love her character:) But I think there's no girl for my Yeoning.. :(

is it really good? haha... I started the first episode and after 15 minutes I got bored ans stop it..hehe.. although its short time to judge this.. :)

oh,,, I think im doubting myself right now.. coz I love the psycho path chef more than the two leads.maybe I cannot feel the chemistry between them.... It's really interesting how he carry himself... but those eyes when he started to show that he's the murderer it gets me goosebumps. actually I scream a little bit.. Love nam gung min.. thats smile and stare, I never interested like this after Jung kyung ho...

okay..Im so curious right now.. I started this drama because I starting to love Nam Gung Min in beautiful Gond shim. that's why even though he's a villain here, I started to watch it. Im in episode 3 and still didn't catch my attention.

Based on the comment many people love Nam Gung Min instead of the lead.. Is he that great in this drama? will it be more interesting in the next episode?

Joon soo has a sweet smile, but im into rugged type(capri pants w/ flip flops) with his adorable smile..

I don't know how Nam Gung Min act as a villain, I haven't watch his series but I really love his character here.. hahaha.. his style rocks!! i hope the 2 lead will have a happy time and not always fighting....

Im Episode 5 right now and I started to like Prince Yeo Ning instead of Dae gil..I started to search for him and I was shock that he's little Hodong..hahaha... He grew that much!??!! i don't know.. I love his character here.. His voice and his stare especially when the first meeting between him and Baek Dae Gil was mesmerizing... Nah... Yeahh.. I think I was on a state of 2nd lead syndrome again.... But I want to see the bonding between the 2 brothers...

hehe..try to watch The Cruel City.. You will totally change your mind.... :) promise....

YES!!TOTALLY!!!.. Don't be discourage of the length.. It's one of the greatest family drama,, You will Laugh a LOT, cry a little bit. and fall inlove with Jung Kyung Ho.. Don't hesitate to watch this. Its just awesome... :)

This drama will make you smile A LOT. I great chemistry to the leads. This is the first time I watch SJK and he's not only a good looking guy but a great actor too. I really love SHK in full house but I love her acting in this drama. I love the flow of the story and great OST.
Gosh.. Chen is killing it. like the OST in Its okay thats love. :) So this drama was one of the greatest(2016) together with one more happy ending ..I cannot think of another drama that I can watch.. :(

its my 2nd time to watch historical drama and I'm glad I pick this one after Ja myung Go. The story was really great! it feels like I watch a 40 episode that fit into 24 episodes. No boring episode. and I really love the 2 main lead.
Seoryeong was a brave and loyal girl. How come she manage to balance her feelings as being a daughter of prince Suyang and a girl who love Seoung Yu.She really nailed it.

Seung Yoo- I love his outfit as a Daewo... And his smile was awesome.. I really acted well and he became one of my favorite..

Really great great story..I will definitely watch it again..

maybe my little negative comments was the ending.. it was somehow didn't satisfies me..

I think the first episode o Cruel City is not that bad. They started to introduce the character. so dont get distracted by that.. hehe... And I love how they started to introduce Paksa,from being confused why a drug Lord was the lead in the drama to totally shipped on him after the 3rd episode... Try it Guys...

slow?for me its not.... I think cruel city did a really good job. every episode made my heart flutter... Until the last episode.. Its the best drama for me.. The author was right. Doctor's Son was really great name.. haha.. maybe because Jung Kyung Ho did a really good job in portraying that name... Damn... He's sense of style was soooooo good.. so classy.... :) Been waiting for his next dramas....
