It depicts the life of adulthood. Most of the viewers fell in love with this drama because somehow they can relate to the characters. Their struggles, decisions, finding happiness, etc. The kids/toddlers will still not understand it.. Watchers who were teenagers or at least in their twenties will definitely appreciate this drama.
Since Mi Jung’s father agreed to give him her number no questions ask but somehow he look at him from head to toe:) does it mean he kinda approves Mr. Gu? Take note she was his favorite child:)
Who would have thought those 2 most socially awkward people can be romantic too. In their own awkward way.
so true... What I love about their relationship is its more realistic. Although Mr. Gu agreed to try it, it cannot change his habit in one blink.. I think the reason why sometimes he was cold to Mi Jung is because somehow he was ashamed that she see his drinking habit..
Thank goodness I live alone, otherwise, they will think that I'm crazy..Cannot remember how many times I screamed in every scene of Mr. Gu and Mi Jung... And I was grinning until now because of them. This slow romance makes my heart flutter so much..
But now, I believe that my life is more akin to Ki Jung's. She accurately depicts the difficulties of ordinary work and the desire to find someone. I'm delighted she discovered what she was looking for.
And lastly, Chang Hee was really a funny character together with his childhood friends and I think it fits his character with Mr. Gu..
Overall.. It was a fun fun episode 5 but still maintained what the writers wanted to show to us.. Just wonderful.. Will watch again some scenes before I sleep.
to all the people who might say I am speaking ill of other or comparing, it is not like that, although my comment…
I think what you have said is validated and you describe it in a good way... There is no problem comparing drama as long as it's not like you wanted to just make fun of it. Like I always compared FRIENDS AND How I met Your mother.
I think it's about the type of genre that you like. JTBCs slice of life is always like this like Be Melodramatic or The Diary of a Prosecutor as well as My Mister. The slow romance, random moments and I think that is the beauty of those dramas.
It's like Be Melodramatic again. JTBC always delivers a good slice of life drama.. This is a drama that gives you chance to be more aware of how you live your life and sometimes having a mundane life is not that bad.

Am I the only one who squealed in that preview?
