yea no one is calling her out wtf …??? she’s honestly more toxic than jaeeon bc she committed to kyuhyun. she wanted to date him and yet she still wants to continue sleeping around. ugh it’s so sad she was cool at first.

honestly we should’ve seen this coming. when she asked him out she said “stop seeing other girls just see me” ig she didn’t say she was gonna do the same.

yea i agree. i think he doesn't even realize that his actions hurt nabi bc he literally doesn't know how to see other peoples emotions. but this is why i think jaeeon can get better - not that he will, i don't even care who she ends up with. he can get better bc his reason for sleeping around isnt bc he hates monogamy or smth. it is confirmed in the scene after meeting his mom. he says he cant be happy bc he doesnt know how to love. that means he acts this bc he doesnt know how to love and hes afraid of commitment and getting hurt. and thats smth he can learn. hes experiencing these feelings for the first time with nabi.

i agree it still doesnt excuse his weird and questionable actions. but i just dont think hes an asshole who gets off on hurting girls.

i mean not really bc nabi still made those decisions on her own.

he didnt tell her to smoke, she wanted to bc she was jealous. and he didnt force her into a fwb. he made it crystal clear to her that he wanted fwb and then she kissed him and thats how their relationship started. she literally knew his terms when she kissed him so she wasnt forced. he was def upset about her ending it but he literally came back to her. she didnt come back to him. im not saying he is a good person or a good influence for her. but he isnt forcing her to do anything.

nabi isnt weak for this though. she is experimenting. she's young and in college and she's only been in one relationship. i think its perfectly reasonable for her to have this very different, experimental relationship with jaeeon right after her previous one. even if she regrets it now, she had fun at the time.

i wouldn’t say that he has many red flags. firstly he was always upfront about not dating. he never once led her to believe that he was going to date her. he made it clear he wanted fwb. if he lied to her or led her on that would be a red flag. he is free to fuck around as long as he’s open and honest about it. also, people says he’s toxic for getting jealous but idk i don’t think he was really that jealous (or at least he didn’t act on it). like he kinda was with the younger boy but he didn’t interfere or anything, he just kinda looked jealous. and yea he doesn’t have the right to be jealous but neither does nabi bc they aren’t committed to each other.

i think jaeeon is getting a bit weird bc he is chasing her even tho she wanted to end it but i think up to this point mans has done (almost) nothing wrong. plus i think y’all are forgettting that JAEEON DOESNT KNOW NABIS THOUGHTS LIKE WE DO ?!!?!? nabi legit kissed him after seeing him kiss another girl and he knew that she saw. ofc he would think she’s okay with his player ways?? she never told him the stuff she thinks. so i think it’s unfair to say he’s toxic and a walking red flag. like he’s def not like bf material and he doesn’t always make the best choices, but he’s allowed to date around, that doesn't make him an asshole (also mans def has a sad trauma backstory he isn’t just like this)

also nabi is not dumb. she never wanted to change jaeeon. she didn’t think that they were dating or anything. she fully knew what kind of relationship they had. nabi just got out of a bad relationship and she knew she wanted him. she knew how he was before and she continued despite that. but not bc she’s dumb and doesn’t see that he only wanted fwb. she is letting herself be in this relationship regardless bc she’s okay with how he is (or at least she thought she was). and honestly i think it was good for her for some time. she got good loving and was happier. she’d only be dumb if she didn’t realize that he wasn’t into dating.

totally unpopular opinion but jaeeon isn’t that toxic (i’m not just saying it bc he’s attractive) and nabi isn’t “dumb” ….

does anyone know any movies similar to this ?? i watched it a few days ago and i can’t forget about it! id love something with the same kind of romanc
