the ending being the way it was doesn't bother me, I see it as a happy ending because they may not show his face but a bunch of ppl say his name and he says her name, I'm more irritated about reading there is NO kiss scene😑🙄

i think on this one it's subjective, some say slow, some say it was too fast, and others say not enough, I personally think it has a lot of romance, I feel like he falls for her pretty fast by how he looks at her and little way he treats her even if he's supposed to hate her, he gets jealous quite a bit but doesn't want to admit it so I don't think much pining as he knows but also doesn't lol and then I feel like after they find out eachothers feelings they are super cute and loving, just lacking a kiss of course lol

it's definitely spicy, and one of the extra chapters could be triggering , I love spicy so I enjoyed it but I think it may be out of your comfort level, it's not super detailed or anything tho but I read american fantasy romance so chinese novels are super tame to me 🤣
