Is it the first time you watch C-drama?What do you expect will happen when Prince Annan come back? The drama will…
The issue with cutting the epis to 40 or even less epis is the removal of necessary lines or scenes or opting for 2 seasons with a year-long difference affecting the story and viewership and the impact Whereas, the old C-dramas with 50-60 + epis would give the story more context and the watching experience less torturous It's what I miss especially when it's based on successful novels although there were successful dramas with the current epi format
Strong fls are a common theme nowadays When I heard it's like Mulan, I wanted to see its trailer I couldn't start it early but I think it doesn't matter I usually binge watch when all epis are out already but I'm thinking of watching this at a slow pace It didn't disappoint so far and I would say the leads were well picked. I like Cheng Lei and Zhou Ye slaying their characters as far as I've seen the previews and some spoilers of their fight scenes β€
Watching Cheng Lei's latest dramas back to back is a feast to my eyes hahaha He showed too much skin here, will there be more π? Just to be clear, I'm not only here for his good looks and abs though it can't be helped haha but because I know how good of an actor he is and curious how he's doing with his roles and with Song Yi as fl
Oh I forgot abt this treasure hunting drama. I should resume it soon. One thing that made me come to this drama is where it's based from, is it like from the opening credits, I remember like some real story?
First, I like this drama for several reasons. I started it late as it didn't catch my eye the first tine I saw its poster and the title which proves you can't judge a book by its cover So, I like how veteran actors come back and lead a drama with a role close to their age. When ml hurts his back catching a traffic violator, I laughed at how well ge did it since it he's not playing a young police officer role I love the 3 musicians every end of an epi because they have their ootd depending on the envi of the scene. I thought they were officially part of the first scene they appeared in and be like there to help the young ml create a romantic scene with fl hahaha The epilogues could make a movie if all were released I find myself looking forward to the end scenes surprisingly- the 3 musicians and the epilogue It's somehow predictable but also unpredictable I think that's all I have to say at the moment
That body switch is so funny since they have different personalities Well done I'd say. I remember the scenes between the rain dragon recuperating and ml's 4th cousin that made me laugh several times except for when the ink demon was in the scene
I plan to watch this drama. Kindly give me some spoilers regarding:1. When are the main couple officially together?2.…
I haven't watched all epis yet and prolly can't remember specific epis but as you watch, you can kinda guess where it's heading and whether it'd be a he and or be for the lead couple. Moreover, break ups are inevitable when the leads are introduced to be from different sects but there's more to it you'll see I didn't feel any SLS, I don't know for others 6. No As I've stated before, I still go with a HE. It's actually light and fun drama The comedy with the actors' performances will unexpectedly make you laugh I've shared quite a number of laughs for this drama
I like the balance of comedy The Changxi Palace boys are looking all so cool! The fl's make up I understand, it was designed accdg to how it is done in that period I like the fl's (TXW) beauty especially in her simplest style here I like both the main leads'performances so far I also like Xu Kai's vibe here Overall, I've been enjoying this drama this far. The rating's quite low tho.
I want to see whether it'll go for a he or se Atm I'm on the former
The story and the main couple are engaging. Both leads not only defend themselves but also save each other or others and there's a balance of everything so it's fun to watch
Just go, cry, but never drop this Masterpiece. β€οΈβ€οΈππ
I won't. I started it last year with my prev acct but put on hold for a long time. If it didn't leave an impact, I wouldn't have any reason to be here leaving some comment. π
The repeated pattern of the first few epis if I don't have an idea regarding the novel and haven't caught on the slight changes between the ml and fl, it might've made me drop it earlier. I'm loving the visuals tbh. I know I will end up brokenhearted but they say the novel is several times harsher and darker
Its happy ending according to novel Wei zhao escapes through secret tunnel and recurrepts himself for 5 years…
Really? Then it's unfair what they did in the drama π In most costume dramas I watched RJL when hints were he would sacrifice big time, I didn't expect he'd live. But I cried he had to die with that evil emperor when he deserved a happy ending with his own family
I was really glad the emperor got punished but I wished XWX lived, I cried a river, beautiful story. I didn't expect the chemistry between Ren Jia Lun and Landi Li to be on fire Congratulations to the cast!
It does really end on epi 6? Was it based on a webtoon or an original work? It went from mystery thriller with much potential to suddenly supernatural-ish that spoiled the whole thing whatever it was trying to convey I couldn't wrap my head around it. I like the twists on some epis, I even liked the chemistry of LSH and ARin but I know given their roles, it wouldn't be I still remember my reaction the first time I saw the S-Lines on Detective HJU's and laughed about it, laughed at the shock of others' reactions too The concept was very bold that is why I opted to finish all epis but I ended up with more questions hahaha Frustrating
