When I first spotted him in While You Were Sleeping, I was felt like he was a soft soul. Like the human equivalent of a hug.
His drama choices up until today have only cemented that for me. He plays very detailed roles, where every flicker of his eyes or twitch of his hands show emotion. It's an incredible thing to watch. Hope he continues to shine. <3

Obviously I am not here ''just to protest''. I was shocked to see his drama come up on viki and wanted to know what everyone was thinking of it/what it was about. When I saw these comments complaining about people sharing point of views on the lead, I wanted to explain why others - like myself now apparently - are talking about the issues surrounding the actor rather than the drama.
I came here to read DRAMA drama reviews and feedback not REAL LIFE drama, insults and abuse. Doesn't look like…
The reason people are commenting about the abuse on the drama page is simply because if you choose to ignore the fact he assaulted someone and has broken the law because you want to separate real life vs dramaworld, you are actually hurting people who are (being/have been) abused in the long run. There should always be a zero tolerance when evidence has been shown. Especially if the person in question shows no remorse. And it starts from as little as not watching his dramas.
I didn't expect much and I guess no one should. It's riddled with clichés and kdrama tropes. But overall it's a light, fun watch. I don't care for the subplots, and the camera work sometimes feels choppy, but I like the idea and the actors are doing a good job.
Looking forward to this! I adore both actors. If anyone else is like me and wants to read the webtoon first, here is the original (!warning, its all korean - no english) https://page.kakao.com/home?seriesId=48704250

Maybe I should've waited a few hours before reacting to that finale. The ending made the whole drama seem like a waste of time. And while I did like the first half and how the story was set up, the amount of plotholes and insane overlooking of things kind of ruined it for me. Not the worst drama I've watched, but wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
This drama is such a waste of time. Ra Bong Hee was so amazing and fantastic as a female lead, she's everything I wanted. But the rest?! The ending is SO bad it makes me a little insane. *spoiler*
The fact that Taeho got a freaking redemption and he was accepted back into the group like he was just a jerk instead of a HOMICIDAL MANIAC WHO KILLED 4 PEOPLE. Except the one they focused on, he STILL KILLED PEOPLE. I cannot understand why this was glossed over??
Started this way back when.. Still don't understand why some people like this.
"Mary stays out all night" Well, that's one slow and boring night Mary had... Honestly, this drama is so slow I didn't really finish it, I just skipped everything & watched the ending to know how they wrote her final decision.
It gets a little credit from me just for having the weirdest secondary guy ever whose antics made me laugh. Jang Geun Suk also just doesn't do it for me. Especially in this drama. I've only ever liked him (a little - I rooted for the secondary guy) in You're Beautiful.
hahahahaha I love your rebellious attitude ! This is how constructive feedback is like ! Master's sun is not necessarilyTHE…
Agreed! For me; Heirs is like a long, boring musicvideo with no real story and no chemistry between the leads. Kim Woo Bin & Kang Haneul were the best parts about that drama!
I find chemistry between leads often too subjective to argue about. I enjoyed the last two on this list immensely, but I acknowledge that most of that had to do with watching it live and talking about it while it was airing. I still love those dramas though.
Dramas I couldn't like as much as everyone else, were:
It's Okay That's Love. Simply because I didn't/don't get Jo In Sung's appeal.
Secret Garden. I watched this because everyone is always talking about it. I didn't like the male lead at all & found it very boring so I dropped it halfway. Still don't understand all the fuss.
The "Sam Soon" one. Maybe I'm too young to understand why this is such a great drama?
There's a lot more, especially when I rewatch something after it's aired. I always wonder why I liked it in the first place. Like Boys over Flowers is so dumb, yet it was one of the first dramas I liked and made me check out other dramas. Luckily, I found better dramas to watch afterwards. haha
