this happened to me before. I had a guy friend and when he saw how I am in a relationship already on social media, he never answered any of my messages already. i was sad that time because my aunt who I lived with had breast cancer. he sent me an email one time saying that since I have a boyfriend, I shouldn't bother him anymore since I don't need him in my life and to delete the email once I was done reading it.
