Title The Scarecrow Spoiler
How can it be the prosecutor? He can't be at two places simultaneously... The real killer subdued and dragged…
Idk tbh. If the killer in the prison is the prosecutor, then why is detective kang acting so professional with him? Like as if he doesn't know the killer at all. Although I guess you can't really treat the person the same if they're on the alternate personality. But also, the killer's hair isn't gray, and he's the same age as the detective.

Personally I think it's probably another red herring... honestly wouldn't be surprised if the actual killer is just a side character with barely any screen time.

I do agree that it's possible for there to be another killer since they said that killer in prison only officially confessed to three of the murder cases.

Who is that person whose face is not shown? 🥲
His name is officially Lee Yong Woo iirc. They revealed this in the very beginning of episode 1

No chance it's Gi Beom - I think that's a red herring. He was wearing a white shirt too, and the real killer was wearing a dark shirt. (and that's not the only reason too)

How frequent do the in-game scenes appear? I watched ep 1 a while ago, but didn't continue because I'm not really into the gaming aspect

Hey! Just wanted to update you that I just finished watching the drama and I loved it so much haha. The romance between the ML and FL was extremely good. Very cute and swoonworthy.

If it weren't for your comment, I wouldn't have given it another shot. I actually initially dropped it a while ago because I didn't like the VR game part, but it turned out that it was only a small part of the drama and it was fine too

Wow, I just finished this drama and thought it was really good, especially romance between the ML and FL. It was very cute and swoonworthy. Also, I lowkey didn't like the VR game aspect initially, but it turned out to be fine and only took up a small portion of the drama.

Does anyone have any drama recs that have similar cute, fluffy romance with hardly any misunderstandings? Edit: doesn't necessarily need to involve gaming (preferably not)

Yeah I stand corrected, it isn't a Netflix-produced original. Agreed that the story is shit

I regret watching this drama. It started off great, but then completely went off the rails after the first two episodes. Actually terrible ending and horrible writing. We never got a proper resolution, but instead a massive nothing burger. Am I supposed to believe that ML will forever pine for her, no matter how selfish and non-committal FL is (she literally left to a different country too)? It's clear that they aren't compatible with each other, but I guess the writers wanted to paint ML as a loyal simp for some reason, lol..? I would have preferred that they force a happy ending instead, or even have ML end up with Im A-Sol, who seems to actually understand him well and have empathy for him.

This writing is so shit lol. There's no way to justify FL's behaviour whatsoever.. especially when ML is going through a rough time and needs her support the most. At least there's only two more episodes left, so I'll just finish it for the sake of it. However, I don't think the relationship can be reasonably saved.

The haters said FL was a major red flag. And they were correct. Honestly great call from the haters.

I'm honestly not sure because it doesn't seem like they already knew each other. So I think it was more of a hidden, one-sided crush from Im A Sol and she just snuck in her name tag in ML's backpack without his knowledge. But I could be wrong

Im A Sol gave her name tag to ML probably during the study center when ML was at Seoul before moving to the small town. In Korean dating context, gifting personal name tag is a popular gesture indicating romantic interest

Maybe some of the negative comments have a point about how ML is being a simp and too loyal by not moving past FL, that FL is selfish by inserting herself in front of ML again after 10 years, etc

But I don't know, I don't see it that way necessarily. They clearly loved each other during high school days. I feel like 2ML was being manipulative and probably coerced FL into dating him, but I could be wrong. They didn't really explain the whole situation regarding the guesthouse thing.

But about ML, he definitely moved on during the 10 year gap, it's not like his life completely collapsed just because of the breakup. He has to think about his grandparents, his brother, etc, which is the main reason why he quit that programming job (no way he can move to another country). He also did briefly date another woman, so his dating life wasn't just stuck in place because he was waiting for FL all this time or something like that

The whole drama is about two exes getting back together (hopefully), and I think their relationship when together has been equal so far

Will they make another School drama? This was my first time watching the series, and I thought it was pretty good overall. Definitely going to check out the older entries.
