I feel the same. In first series Du Cheng was decisive captain with excellent instinct and skills, with every member of the crew highly skilled and having their infividual contributions to solving the cases. Now the creators made Shen Yi the main person who solves the cases, iterrogates the witnesses/suspects, not only drawing the portaits but also inner conflicts of other people and became psychologist who even dares to psychologically test/ diagnose other members of the crew (in reality it would be not allowed, because he is the member of the team, psychological analysis could be only made by someone not involved with those people). It is unbelievable to built police team basing on one person who happens to be portaitist (even outstanding one) with god-like abilities from other disciplines. That is sad because the first series is one of my top favourites...
