i was looking forward to a continuation for tincan but apparently they just retconned it? i'm probably not going to bother with this one, which is such a shame because i was looking forward to a season two for so long. especially since i'm an aepete stan. there isnt much for me here. maybe i'll watch it once it's complete and i'm bored, lol. why do second seasons of bl dramas always have to suck so bad?
i watched the first six/twelve episodes and kind of stopped and boy am i glad i did now that i know how it turns out. i am so fucking sick of seeing gay characters killed off for shock value and cheap drama. i specifically don't watch chinese bl's for exactly this reason, and i thought i would be safe with history since it was produced in taiwan but no. i've been punched in the gut by so many other bl's with sad endings i didn't need it unexpectedly from history, a franchise i really respected up till now too. i doubt i'll watch any more of their series after this. stop fucking killing us in your stories. it's not new or groundbreaking or tragically beautiful or whatever, it's a terrible cliche with a terrible history (pun not intended).

i think i'm gonna skip this one. twm was cute and the idea of korn cheating on knock is literally so upsetting to me and would almost definitely ruin my entire outlook on the series. i don't wanna ruin the happy ending the first season has and the fondness i have for korn. is there a farm/bright cut somewhere? their's is the only story i really feel like needs a sequel.
