Kim Sam Soon, Jin Pal Kang and Kang Ma Roo are characters that definitely remain in your memory! I have exactly the same opinion about Jin Pal Kang. And Kim Sam Soon? Is there more to say? No! It's KIM SAM SOON! (About the others I can't say a thing, because i didn't watched the dramas yet)
I liked him in A Gentleman's Dignity, in To The Beautiful You and loved him as Mad Mireu in White Christmas. I hope in School 2013 he'll be just as good, or even better!
Just finished the drama and I must say that it's a very good one. I found in every character something to like, but my favorite was Mad Mireu!
The ending was in my opinion the very best for this drama. So it'll remain in your thoughts, even if you did not liked it.
Not especially in that order, but i like them all. From your list my number one is Lee Jonghyun ? My Love (A Gentleman's Dignity OST).
