Hi, Laura! I'm at ep. 26 of King Gwanggaeto the Great and like I said I let you know how I feel about it. Until now it's a solid 8 for me, a very good historical drama, lots of intrigues, fights over power, no romance (until yet), good action. A minus goes for the exaggerated reactions of the characters, I know so is the script, but sometimes it's annoying. If you decide to watch this, then here is my friendly advice: PLEASE lower your volume, there is a lot of screaming !!!

As I watched the drama I didn't liked him, but in the end (still now) I loved him.

92 eps is a bit too long, but I really think to begin next week. I like historical dramas, especially when there are based on reality (more or less. I let you know how I feel about it

Regarding her choose I think she was not clear enough about her feelings and that was the reason he turned against her. In my opinion it was not betrayal, just a statement "Look at me! I can accomplish something! I deserve your love", but for her to rule was more important. In the end it was just the right thing
