⋆。°✩ My lill 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 ✩°。⋆

Sawadee jai :)

Another girl who accidentally entered the BL rabbit hole and apparently never found the exit.

At this point, dramas aren't even a hobby anymore. They're a disease. A lifestyle. A full time commitment.

I watch BL, bromance, GL, psychological dramas, historical dramas, crime thrillers, messy relationships, forbidden love stories and basically anything like:

"...what the fuck did I just experience?"

That's the good stuff.

I used to think I had pretty normal taste.

Then I watched KinnPorsche.

And then somehow Playboyy happened.

The rest is history.

୨ৎ 𝐀 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞

You can call me Ari ♡

I'm mostly here to watch dramas, lose my mind over fictional relationships, obsess over actors, write unnecessarily long reviews and occasionally become emotionally attached to a drama that absolutely did not ask for that responsibility.

I'm not extremely picky with people.

If we have something in common, especially dramas, BL, editing, K-pop or the ability to have completely unnecessary conversations about fictional characters at ungodly hours...

we'll probably get along

I'm more interested in stories and relationships than having one singular fictional character that I worship forever.

Give me a good dynamic.

Give me history.

Give me tension.

Give me unresolved feelings.

Give me two people who should probably communicate but instead stare at each other for seven years.

I'm seated.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡

My drama industry ranking probably goes:

Thailand > China > Korea > Japan > Taiwan

But honestly????

Every country has produced something capable of ruining my mental stability, so I respect the dedication.

My favourite production houses/studios include:

✦ GMMTV

✦ one31

✦ Domundi

✦ Me Mind Y

GMMTV and one31 have a particularly dangerous grip on me.

one31 especially knows how to make things look beautiful while simultaneously preparing to emotionally throw me down a staircase.

Respectfully.

☠︎ 𝐌𝐘 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐀 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄

I don't need every drama to be dark.

I just need it to have a fucking PULSE.

I love:

♡ enemies to lovers

♡ friends to lovers

♡ rivals to lovers

♡ childhood connections

♡ slow burn... if it's actually going somewhere

♡ fake dating

♡ mystery

♡ psychological tension

♡ crime

♡ gangster stories

♡ historical settings

♡ complicated relationships

♡ obsession

♡ emotional damage

♡ forbidden love

♡ sacrifice

♡ stories with actual consequences

♡ Omegaverse

♡ characters making questionable decisions

♡ "we shouldn't be doing this" energy

♡ relationships with history behind them

♡ bromances so intense that censorship becomes a completely different viewing experience

What I generally don't enjoy?

Extremely cute and fluffy dramas where the plot is basic and predictable and repetitive

I'm sorry.

I tried.

I cannot.

School dramas aren't automatically bad though.

Give me rivalry.

Give me violence.

Give me psychological warfare.

Give me friendship falling apart.

Give me complicated history.

Give me something like High School Frenemy

So no, I don't hate school dramas.

I hate when the school itself has more personality than the plot.

👑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐘

1. InnOngsa

Current number one.

And probably staying there.

I fear this isn't a temporary obsession anymore.

2. AouBoom

My people.

My "WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A MAIN LEAD DRAMA YET??? WE ARE STILL WAITING" victims.

3. SkyNani

4. GeminiFourth

5. WilliamEst

𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲?

AouBoom + InnOngsa

I don't know what kind of experiment happened there.

But something clearly went wrong.

And I 1000% support it.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐈 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡

I don't just watch dramas and disappear tho-

Once I like someone next second im watching edits, interviews, bts clips and wondering what they're doing with their lives.

Current favourites:

✦ William Jakrapatr Kaewpanpong

✦ Aou Thanaboon Kiatniran

✦ Ongsa Theethuch Khummuang

Ongsa especially surprised me.

Like hello???

Where did that PERFORMANCE and VOICE come from???

Also:

AouBoom deserve a proper main lead drama.

I'm putting this here because apparently production companies need reminders.

New pairings also have a special weakness in my heart.

Why?

InnOngsa happened.

Case closed.

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

𝐌𝐘 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝟏𝟎 𝐎𝐅 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄

These are not necessarily the objectively best dramas.

These are the ones that successfully entered my bloodstream.

1. The Edge of Horizon

Always.

Not currently.

Not temporarily.

Always.

This drama is basically everything I love compressed into one disaster: historical atmosphere, complicated circumstances, longing, social barriers, forbidden feelings and a relationship that refuses to leave my fcking brain.

Yeah.

It's over for everyone else.

2. The Novelist

Japanese BL really knows how to enter a room quietly and then psychologically rearrange your furniture.

3. High School Frenemy

THIS is what I mean when I say a school setting needs an actual plot.

Conflict.

History.

Friendship.

Rivalry.

Violence.

Emotional mess.

The school setting is just the battlefield.

Perfect.

4. Theory of Love

I willingly watched emotional suffering.

And I would probably do it again.

5. Sammy's Children's Day

A story involving crime, revenge, danger and a relationship developing inside kowloon walled city?

Yeah.

Obviously this made it here.

And I'm STILL WAITING FOR SEASON 2.

I have not moved on.

I will not elaborate.

6. Double Helix

One of those stories that makes you understand why some fictional people should absolutely not be trusted with your emotional wellbeing.

Also:

Lu Feng.

That's all.

7. Stand by Me

Some dramas simply find a permanent place in your brain.

This is one of mine.

8. ThamePo

The emotional connections and character dynamics genuinely got me.

9. Love Is More Than a Word

Historical Chinese stories and emotionally suspicious BL energy have an unfair advantage over me.

10. The Prosecutor's Proposal

Crime.

Investigation.

Hidden history.

Suspicion.

Emotional baggage.

Complicated attraction.

Exactly the type of thing that keeps me paying attention.

📝 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬

I write long reviews.

Like...

LONG long.

I'm aware.

I'm sorry.

Actually, no.

I'm not.

Sometimes that means talking about:

the characters

chemistry

plot

acting

tiny details

emotional moments

symbolism

scenes that probably changed my brain chemistry

things people might not notice on the first watch

I don't write because I think everyone needs to agree with me.

I write because I like preserving what I felt while watching.

A review is basically my experience with that story.

You are completely allowed to disagree with me.

I might love something you hate.

That's literally fine.

Media is subjective.

Just don't act like someone committed a criminal offence because they gave your favourite drama a lower rating.

Please.

It's a review section.

Not the United Nations.

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

𝐌𝐘 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

I can enjoy problematic characters.

I can enjoy dark stories.

I can enjoy morally questionable relationships.

In fiction.

That doesn't mean I want everything I watch to happen in real life.

Please develop the ability to differentiate between:

"I found this fictional story interesting"

and

"I personally endorse everything happening inside this fictional universe."

Thank you.

Also, respectful disagreement?

Cute.

Normal.

Fun, even.

Harassing people over fictional ships, actors or drama ratings?

Embarrassing.

Ship wars?

Even more embarrassing.

We are all literally arguing about people who don't know we exist.

Let's breathe yall.

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

🏳️‍🌈This account is a safe space for LGBTQ+ people.

I support queer stories and queer people.

You don't have to understand every identity or every type of relationship in order to simply treat people with basic respect.

So yeah.

Homophobia, transphobia and unnecessary hate are things I genuinely don't want anywhere near my space.

You can dislike a drama.

You can dislike a ship.

You can dislike a storyline.

But being hateful toward actual people?

Absolutely not.

The exit exists.

Please use it. (respectfully)

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐦𝐞

Outside of dramas?

K pop has unfortunately also taken over.

Stray Kids and ENHYPEN have permanent residence here. NEVER LEAVIN

I also spend an unhealthy amount of time watching edits and editing them.

Yeah.

Welcome.

You're among your people.

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

❝ 𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲 ❞

I don't need every story to be perfect.

I need it to make me remember it.

A drama can be messy.

Weird.

Painful.

Slow.

Complicated.

Morally questionable.

Even frustrating.

But if I finish it and find myself thinking about the characters days later?

If I want to rewatch certain scenes?

If one piece of dialogue suddenly hits me?

If I start searching for edits because apparently watching the drama once wasn't destructive enough?

Then congratulations.

You did something right.

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

♡ 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞...

Feel free to send a friend request.

Especially if you're into:

BL

GL

Bromance

Thai dramas

Chinese dramas

Japanese drama

Korean drama

historicaL stories

psychological stories

crime and mystery

complicated relationships

forbidden love

obsessive fictional people

editing

K-pop

I'm not looking for someone with the exact same taste.

We just need enough in common to have a conversation that doesn't die after:

"hey"

"hey"

"wyd"

"nothing"

━━━━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━━━━

୨ৎ 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬

Probably watching another drama.

Probably behind on several others.

Probably saving edits instead of sleeping.

Probably waiting for a new project from a pairing that has no announced project.

Probably rethinking my entire life because a fictional relationship looked at each other for three seconds.

Everything is normal here.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
