What do you mean he is not a killer? He clearly the one who met Daniel Lee and kill him.
Obviously YH is (was) incredibly suspicious, but I don't think that the body thrown in the river was even Daniel Lee... because in EP6 (I believe) they say that the blood on the shoes in YH's house doesn't match any of the victims (even Daniel Lee) but later say that it matches the body in the lake/river.
I don't think that this was said in order to mislead us because it would be a bit useless to introduce and resolve the twist in a single episode.
Also everything is shot in order to fool the viewer, there are very few things that seem to actually be "for sure".

I’m having so much fun with the theories! Usually I would just wait until all the episodes are aired and then binge it but I’m loving reading everyone’s comments and thinking about the clues!

I have a loong list of notes and questions… Maybe someone finds it interesting. Spoilers up to EP6.
The drama is clearly shot in a way to mislead the viewer, this is clearly completely on purpose [ex. when BR was in front of the goat mask kid]. This happens quite often, and it makes me think that we’re missing some huge pieces of the puzzle most of the time, in order to make us draw the wrong conclusions. For example at the end of EP6, how did BR and YH end up on the rooftop?

- Choi Hongju appears to have been the girl present during the murder of the sister of Song Suho by the Head Hunter.
- YH is left-handed, BR is right-handed. The serial killer is right-handed (according to BY), the attacker of BR after grandmother’s death is left-handed (maybe someone is just Ambidextrous).
- Jaehoon (it’s him right?) standing in place of the serial killer after Moowon’s death seems like the key clue needed to conclude that he’s the current serial killer. It’s definitely symbolic.
- Either the timeline is all stretched weird or BR is not the one at the cathedral that attacked BY (how long had she been there once the police arrived?) because he was in the taxi.
- YH and BY seem to have met before.

- Hankook seems to be representing envy. Why doesn’t SSH represent anything?
- Why was Jieun triggered specifically by seeing BR and BY? Either it was BY or BR ( but I’m not sure she even saw BR’s face), or she believes her son killed grandmother (they were talking about her).
- Are we sure that the person in the lake is Daniel? Because the bloody shoes didn’t match any of the victims (him included), but later the blood matched with the body in the lake.
- WHY IN THE WORLD did the person that killed grandma burn the photo?? If it had been YH, who clearly didn’t want people to suspect him, wouldn’t he have most likely taken it?? I’m thinking the serial killer killed grandma while YH was chasing her, once YH got there BR saw him and had to get away, so they got into the fight.

By the ending of EP6 I fear that YH is now dead or in coma (I hope not) and he’ll be blamed for everything. I believe that the folder in his house about human testing was a test for the psychopath gene (either for himself or someone else). I’m still VERY doubtful whether he has actually killed anyone… To me it looks like he was using the photos to investigate the murders (he had notes, while the serial killer’s wall was only photos and there was a couch). On the other hand in the second secret room he has a wall about BR (without any notes). Maybe he’s convinced BR is the serial killer and that’s why he tried to kill him?
For a show that misleads so much, it seems a bit obvious having YH as the serial killer, or maybe they’re just double fooling us.

Little note, I feel like the scene at the end of EP6 where BR and YH are bleeding out next to each other is somehow really symbolic… Like two sides of the same coin or something like that?
There isn’t really anything to validate this theory, but maybe YH is not Jieun’s son? She could just be afraid of him, but Jieun seems a bit too chummy with YH after him having killed the rest of the family. I do believe that BR and YH are the sons of Jieun and the pregnant woman in the hospital, but maybe they were switched at some point.

Also maybe I missed something, but wasn’t the 3rd USB in EP5 a corrupted video? How did they de-corrupt it and see the priest’s death live? Was it like a link?
And since I’m talking about the broadcast, I’m kind of confused about the timeline at the end of the episode: at first we see the studio being “emptied” by the chairman, the CHJ goes upstairs and locks herself in the room to continue (at that point the priest’s death doesn’t seem to have already happened), then the chairman arrives and shuts everything down. But then we return to 10 minutes earlier and the priest is killed on live tv: everyone is still in the studio and CHJ is upstairs. Am I missing something?

No comment yet on BR at the end of 6, there’s a huge chunk of info missing. Needless to say that he doesn’t shine as particularly non-psychopathic :D.
