People who are abused won't think twice about protecting others from experiencing traumas. But when it comes to the abused, It's very difficult and mentally challenging to protect themselves. I like the way the male lead is portrayed. Everything about him is in character, and his sudden change in persona won't be fitting. You may find it boring, but that's how it is in real life. Most of us are sick of badass tropes, and this drama is refreshing.
Not all dramas need badass moments from ML. Drama is fully in character with what he experienced. I don't think you know how trauma and abuse works if you think he's suddenly going to turn into a badass, and overcome issues that easily. People who have experienced what he has has a mental disorder called stockholm syndrome. Under normal circumstances, he could've stood up for himself but in his case, he is too mentally scarred.
Loved it. Can't believe the top rated review is by someone who never finished the show and gave it a 5. If people who dropped this show, or never finished it, they shouldn't be allowed to rate, but how will anyone know.? I didn't like the main female lead in the beginning, but she got better later on. This show was hilarious, over the top, but awesome. I highly recommend it. The hate this show deserves is ridiculous.
I'm watching CM, and he's just perfect for the role. The drama is a little unbearable due to the female lead character, but that can be easily overlooked or skipped.
