different kind of loves he had. With routong he had a more youthful fluffy love with adventures & with hai mo a mature love of companionship and shared ups & downs of life.

It was really good story. All characters that were introduced from small to big, all had pretty good & impactful story than just being a supporting cast. In the world of hero, heroine & villain it was really fresh to see a character like Hai Mo, for whom people she cared for mattered more than any greater cause & she had such a heart of gold. ML also had good growth of character. Their growth of relationship was portrayed really well, though they had very little physical interactions but it was full of emotions even though it was not focus of the story. Pace of story was also great. Ending was also poetically good that they ended the scene in a boat with him crying after seeing haimo, that "Lonely boat" was no more "lonely"

She did not care about bigger cause like other characters, that's what was unique about that character. From the beginning it was that way, she was an orphan & was acting as spy because of her brother. She refused to lie to gyz's father as she started caring about him, She started taking risks & helping gyz because she started liking him, even after her fake cousin-in-law tried to kill her she had sympathy for her though she was at the opposite side, even though she was jealous still helped routong and gyz for their meetings. She was angry at those other communist members when she thought they have left behind gyz, she did not care about political things like routong/ gyz would have. To her those persons for whom she cared for, them being happy & alive was bigger than any greater cause.

She earlier did not leave & returned because gyz's father died, who had adopted her as daughter. she also promised to take care of gu garden. She stayed around because gyz became all alone while close people looking at him as traitor and she liked him. She did not know she would be used as weak point, that way gyz would be guilty of getting his father killed.
This time she insisted on staying as she thought gyz is gonna sacrifice himself like others around him that were dropping dead also she thought he saw her as weak that's why he was sending her if it was routong maybe he wouldn't as she was more capable & that even after 5 years of living together he isn't thinking how she would feel if he is going to die if this becomes their last meeting.
Eventually she had to come back & had to run door to door to save him.
