So what exactly is the controversy? I saw the video of the cast introduction with the director and it was massive…
One of the main actors, Buknoy Glamurr, is 16, but there are several 18+ scenes in the trailer. This is inappropriate for obvious reasons. The trailer got such an overwhelming amount of hate that it was removed from the official YouTube account for Star Image Artist Management (also created Amore and The Shore btw). The company seemed to be adding fuel to the fire by calling all criticism 'haters' and not taking it seriously. However, they did release a statement saying they'll edit out all inappropriate scenes before releasing the series. This is all I can gather rn. I can't understand Filipino, so there's probably more to the story.
