Xianxia dramas are actually very creative and worthy enough to be watched. They often have beautiful visuals, ost as well as costume designs of characters. WHAT MAKES THIS TYPE OF DRAMA STAND OUT IS THE FACT THAT ACTORS AND ACTRESSES PORTRAY THEIR CHARACTERS SO WELL AS IF THEY'RE BRINGING FANTASY INTO REALITY :D
