Nope, he's avoiding him because he is some stupid dude with communication issues who badly neglects his friend. It was not cool of Jihoon to lie but honestly he’s right, Bawoo wouldn’t have come otherwise.
I feel so bad for Jihoon, his band friends also don't try to help him figure stuff out or anything...

(I’ve only until the first half of the 4th EP, so my comment might be very outdated lol but I saw people arguing against Jihoon from the beginning and it made me annoyed). I seriously do not get the people who argue against Jihoon. First of all, isn’t it understandable that he is acting clueless about the whole situation when Bawoo told him he wanted to cut ties and then suddenly asks him if they can go out for a week? They have been friends for ages, so obviously that move would be confusing. It’s not always as easy to notice that someone likes you as people make it out to be, saying how somebody can be so oblivious; especially when you’re close friends. Second, Jihoon is actually trying to understand why Bawoo acts in a distanced way and addressed it. In the meantime, Bawoo is being cold and keeps stuff from him, even though they have been best friends for such a long time. I am not saying that Bawoo has to come clean or anything but in my opinion he should at least act nicely around Jihoon considering they are friends. The scene where he ditched Jihoon for Hamin was sad honestly. And why are some defending Hamin who literally read Bawoo’s book without consent, followed him and didn’t leave him alone?
this has nothing to do with the story itself but does anyone else also think the actor of Jaemin resembles the actor of Donghui from The Time of Fever?? they're both so handsome!
