The ranking , rating and its popularity also increase.. views count on Tencent was 290milions already ( first…
But this is WeTV, not Tencent Video. I guess Dating In The Kitchen and Dance of the Phoenix are pretty popular, but ELOD is much more well-known in China.
Well.. maybe they never thought.. it will made a big hit...Promise of chang from 68 down to 61 then 56.I think…
No, it just have something to do with the airing schedule and budget. They knew that L&R was going to be a hit even before it aired because the book was so popular. Same thing with Eternal Love and Eternal Love of Dream. Eternal Love was supposed to be 60 and so was ELOD, but they were cut down to 58 and 56 episodes. But the Promise of Chang An honesty is not a big hit. It's pretty well-known because of Cheng Yi, but it's popularity is not even close to that of Love and Redemption's.
Worth to watch? I'm planning to watch the first episode today?
If you're tired of watching a rom-com with a lot of cliche details, you shouldn't, but if you just want to relax and have a good laugh here and then, you should definitely watch it.
The original number of episodes Love and Redemption was supposed to have was 66, but it ended up as 59 episodes. Ugh, WHY DID THEY CUT THOSE PRECIOUS 7 EPISODES?!?!?!?!
I'm on episode 15 and Di Jun was mentioned by someone in Celestial Realm saying he was away. I'm just wondering,…
Dijun is an emperor, not a name, but a title. Bai Lin Dijun is the only Dijun mentioned in Love and Redemption, but there are definitely other Dijuns as well. In TMOPB and ELOD, the most prominent Dijun is Donghua, but Bai Qian's father, Bai Zhi Dijun, was also very powerful. And no, the universe is different. First off, they were written by different authors. And there is also no mention of TMOPB or ELOD. They are actually quite different stories. There will most likely be four dramas set in the same universe as Bai Qian and Feng Jiu's world, TMOPB, ELOD, and two other novels that the author Tang Qi Gong Zi is working on.
The first few episodes were kind of draggy, but as it went farther the drama became better and better.
