Episode 40 and on I have nothing but hate for HC. He is such a selfish jerk, just because he can no longer get…
Everyone feels this way! He is a cruel, evil creature who thinks that killing and hurting others is "doing good for the three realms". Oh my god, he keeps on saying that. Oh, by the way, do you look my profile picture? I like it very much. :)
Does anyone know any websites that also credit the voice actors/actresses, i wanna know whose voice is whose cause…
Qiao Shiyu has dubbed for Bai Feng Jiu, Chu Qiao, Wen Qing and so many more. She has dubbed for Zhao Liying and Dilraba quite a few times, so if you watched one of their dramas, that's her voice.
So hello, people. I have a lot of things to say about this drama and c-drama airing info as well. I have been very excited about this drama, but have a lot of doubt about this cast, who are all extremely popular actors and actresses in China right now. They are all super popular, especially Yang Zi and Denglun, and Zhang Xincheng gained a lot more popularity from his recent drama Skate Into Love and Go Ahead. Janice Wu is also pretty well known, with 10 million followers on weibo. (Yang Zi and Denglun have 50+million followers) Most of these comments on this page are about this amazing cast, and how unbelievable it is. This happens a lot with C-dramas, putting a bunch of popular actors onto one drama until the real actors are confirmed. Although MDL is an awesome website, some information about dramas are rong, especially Chinese dramas, as they are announced really close to their actual airing date, which is SO ANNOYING. But sometimes, our actor-actress pairing comes true, for example, Yang Yang and DiIraba. They were rumored months ago to star in the drama You Are My Glory together, and oh my god, it was real. That post from Tencent Video gathered the most likes in so many days. So, yeah, that shows that rumors could be true, but that was probably a leak from an agency/filming worker. But this cast is just giving us hope, and then crushing it. Sorry people, but this is the truth. Normally, popular actors who have co-starred before but are not from the same agency have an extremely low chance of starring in a drama together again, unless they have decided way back that they will also film a second season. It happens, but it's so rare that when they do, you almost die from the excitement. These amazing actors are also all from different agencies, so then there would need to be a lot of collaboration and negotiation between them, and the cost would probably be too high to hire all four of them. his co-starring again thing is much more common between actors of the same agency as the agency has more control over the drama. And, many season 2s for popular Chinese dramas have been rumored, but sadly, none of them actually happened and it just broke my heart. So all in all, the chances of them four starring in this drama together is very low, and although it says that this drama will air in 2021, there has been no news whatsoever from any of the four actors and actresses about this drama. Most of the 2021 dramas have already been confirmed by actors, but this one hasn't most likely because it's a rumor. A lot of C-drama info comes from Baidu, which is basically the Chinese version of wikipedia, and the drama info and cast can sometimes be wrong. But there's no info on the cast about this drama, so whoever added the four actors onto the cast are just fans of their dramas. (Ashes of Love and Skate Into Love) And these actors are here because there are no other clues on whom the cast may be. And if you search up Love When The Stars Fall, there are these fan made trailers that are great, but still fan made, so it just shows their love for these couples, not that this drama is confirmed or anything. But let's just hope, but do not have high expectations for this cast, because it most likely won't happen, but if it does, you can come to me and throw rotten vegetables at my face.
as far as i know, it's a 48-episode tribute drama with 6 different stories (8 episodes each).. as you can see,…
Ok, then. Let's just hope they will provide a drama that includes many of present popular actresses. I mean, there was rumor about Yang Yang and Dilraba filming a drama drama together and it wasn't wrong.
Yes, this drama is SO popular in China right now. More than 170,000 people have rated it on Douban, which is great…
7.4 out of 10 is not particularly good, but it has higher ratings than Eternal Love (rated 6.4) and Eternal Love of Dream (6.5) Ashes of Love, though, is rated 7.7

The rating has unfortunately dropped to 7.4, but the reason why so many people have rated it 1 star is because they have all read the novel and had very high expectations. And some are just evil people who find delight in hurting actors and actresses.
Not that unpopular. I feel like the fandom is like 50% Eternal Love 50% Ashes of Love. (The Chinese fandom apparently…
You are right. On Douban, a website/app where Chinese watchers all gather to rate and talk about dramas and movies, Ashes of Love has been rated 7.7 by 335,000 people while Eternal Love is rated 6.4 by 210,000 people. I personally also like Ashes of Love more.
All these years I was avoiding Chinese Dramas. I could not understand much of them. I tried to watch and dropped…
It's great that you liked it! You could also try Eternal Love, Eternal Love of Dream and Love and Redemption if you really like the Xianxia romance drama. They are all fantastic dramas!
Some people just have different drama preferences, I guess. The rating on Douban from almost 200,000 people in…
Yes, it would be nice if we could just binge watch it, but then, if we watch it while it's airing, I feel like it's more interesting and fun as everyone is excited. And it is quite frustrating that Youku does not provide English subs. I guess they haven't discovered how popular Chinese dramas are internationally. Love and Redemption is so popular in China right now that it's all over Douyin (Chinese tiktok) and Weibo. This drama is literally everywhere on Weibo.
Oh, and cry a river of sad tears because this treasure of a drama ended.
