Please, if you are considering to watch this drama and see the comments section bombarded with "they have no chemistry" or "this age gap is too big", take a try before making a decision.

A second season is almost meaningless. They already got their happily ever after, and it came from the book. So, is the director going to think of some weird plot that causes them to fall into some devious plot again? That would just anger the audience. If there will be a S2, it will be about someone else. Possibly their child, but not them.

Eternal Love is a very good Xianxia romance, please don't let the author's plagiarism affect your thinking of it. What we see is the talent of the actors and the amazing CGI.

Why can't someone suggest it? Just because the author is a plagiarizer doesn't mean that we should hate the drama or the actors in it. I understand that you're upset, but I have to say that the drama is really good. China isn't really good with LGBTQ+ rights, but I believe that things will be resolved in a few years. (due to other countries are taking off the ban) When that happens, Tang Qi Gong Zi will be exposed in public.

I actually kind of liked Run Yu. But Hao Chen is pure evil.
