This is a funny, simple, uncomplicated, unintense, and chill drama. not a lot of kissing compared to their previous works. Honestly though, this is a super easy watch.
Not gonna lie, this drama was pretty good. Yeah, there are forced kisses, and the male lead is pretty toxic, but the plot kept me hooked. The leads acted really well, especially the female lead, her crying scenes were so good that I even teared up a few times. I just wish the ending had been a little more thought out, but it’s a short drama, so I guess I can’t complain too much.
This was actually not bad. Yes, there’s plenty of loopholes but what do you exactly expect from a short drama. The main cp really delivered and that sexual tension between these two, chef’s kiss! What got me laughing though was the amount of slow motion in this drama. I just can’t stop laughing how much the director want to do every dramatic scene in a slow mo. That part made me cringe. However, their acting was really good, especially FML. She delivered really well!The villain’s arc was just exemplary annoying. Otherwise, i gave this an 8.
out of all the mini series i’ve watched, this is by far one of the best one out there. it’s not cringey, not very stereotypical, very concise, it’s very straightforward and also the actors were good. they’re both very good looking and i see a lot of chemistry between the two. acting wise, i see flaws but honestly , if i have to compare this to the other mini dramas out there hands down, these actors can act. the second couple is also amazing. didn’t skip their scenes at all. this is worth it to binge.

Sometimes, if it's a low-budget drama, the wardrobe is sacrificed. I've watched countless cdramas, and usually it's the wardrobe that lacks more details. Sad, but true.
There will always be this drama where we either hate it or love it, or just watch it for the feels. This drama, for me, is the latter. I stayed for the feels. Let’s be honest, this drama really doesn’t have any complicated plot. Both characters are already strong from the very beginning, so character development was not necessary, in my opinion. I think the second couple had the most character development than the leads, tbh. Also, Miles Wei and Dylan in one frame, holy smokes! You guys don’t understand! 😂 FYI Miles does really good kissing scenes! Shish!
But then again, a drama with little to no plot, did I hate it? No. Like I said i’m here for the feels and damn well, can’t deny Bailu and Hedi have that strong chemistry. They are both very known actors and they also carried this drama really well.
If you guys watched Hedi’s drama before, you can really tell the growth of his acting and how much his tone and facial expressions have changed, and they are all for the better. If you still question if he is a good actor, watch LOVE BETWEEN FAIRY AND DEVIL, trust me, it’s really good and then watch Meteor Garden to see the difference. 😂 Bailu on the other hand, i just love her. I’m maybe biased, but i really like her acting.
There are quite a lot of couples in here, and i’m not gonna deny, some of the scenes bore me a little, but that did not stop me from watching. Guys, you can skip a few seconds and you still wont get lost in the story.

lol it's basically the type i like. No third wheels and just purely romance between the main leads.
Right?! I love that it has the right amount of maturity. It's just really light. Some complain about how slow the show is, but for me the pace is just fast enough.
Honestly, it really depends on everyone's personal preferences. I definitely enjoyed this drama. They encapsulated the feeling of falling in love and finding that one true love. For me, it's beautiful. There was no boring moment. I love the fact that they were able to answer all my questions every time I notice a loophole. Even if there is a loophole in the drama, it is not a big deal. I love Jing Boran and Seven Tan's chemistry too. They were just perfect.
If you guys enjoyed YOU ARE MY GLORY and YOU ARE MY HERO, they basically have the same feel and theme. No third party, just a super light drama full of love. If you are not into mature love story, you will really find this boring. If you enjoy break ups and heart breaks, unnecessary fights and jealousy, definitely this drama is not for you.
