i agree with you about her not thanking him but i also kinda understand her since she found out that there is a 3 month period until Jinda officially signs the contract with the russian company. So i think she cant fully trust SHM because she thinks he might be doing all this to maintain the public image and coax her to stay married until the contract is signed
