Minwoo seemed to be the perfectionist/ distant type on the exterior but secretly a softie inside which I think it is fairly uncommon with this trait. Like most 'perfectionist' type characters are often more no nonsense and strict?
While Yooha's personality is more warm, he also kind of embrace his self perceived flaws. He is a character I can sort of relate, though he may push help away because he want to be independent, he would not completely shut them off because did not let ego have its way.
I think their dynamic sort of complement each other in a different type of way, but I loved this series so far~

As of the latest episode, to me Paytai seemed to be a character who wishes Ramil have treated him better, probably because he cannot help but be in this toxic relationship with him because of love. Which can also mean he may be a consenting party, though he wished for something less abusive.
