Ok something just came to me. So 12 years ago, CEO Park forged NGJ's academic background and that got revealed by BSY's dad and NGJ lost everything. In the preview, Segi mention he is going to bring down NGJ the same way 12 years ago and CEO Park said he will offer him top secret info.
I think that secret is the English instructor's background. NGJ scouted her from CEO Park. Remember she had that funny look when one of the instructor asked about the university she graduated from? I think CEO Park also forged her academics.
That's what Segi will use to bring NGJ and go-top down...if NGJ gets sued or arrested for this, it's going to be bad.. not matter how rich he is. Segi is out to destroy him

Yes thanks for adding to this. I just think we got spoiled by "almost too perfect" characters that we are so quick to judge when they present to us characters that are abit more realistic (real jerk 😅). If we simply follow the storyline, their background, how the characters have developed so far instead of stepping outside of that, what he's done and said so far makes sense and still stays true to himself.
