I see a lot of people are unhappy with how NGJ excluded LSA from the audition and his reason being that he wants her to stay by his side (but we all know the real reason is because he is concern for her health cux remember, he thinks she is dying!) which is showing some imbalance in the relationship as it always appears to be.

I was originally kind of upset about what he said/did BUT thinking from his perspective and knowing what he knows, I can understand why he excluded her because she is supposedly dying. The reason that he gave (although somewhat romantic when you think about it) is not the best but I mean he can't really mention that he knows about her illness, right? As we all know, he isn't too great with his words, always mentioned debt when he shouldn't, then says she doesn't have talent. Lol he lacks social skills but he is trying to work on that.

Anyways, what I'm trying to say and also kudos to a poster from another forum for pointing this out. While it looks like he has the power, in reality Shin-ah has all the power in the relationship and this is signified by the fact that during the whole ladder scene, she was in the higher position!! How deep is that, you guys/gals!!!

In fact, NGJ is the vulnerable one here. Think about it, everyone in his life either ends up dying or leaving or betraying him. His first love left him at his lowest.. this is a big step for him, confessing to Shin-ah despite knowing that she is going to "die". During the last scene, he says "I'm fearful and afraid too" just shows how vulnerable that moment was for him.

So yes I guess I am defending him here now ahhaha but the more I think about the scene, the more I love it. Again, I'm sure he will end up helping her achieve her goals.

He always manages to leave a strong impression for all the characters that he plays.. that's why he is so selective on his roles.. he chooses the ones where he can only play and gives it his all. With that said, I still want him to take on more projects from now on!!!!

KBS should have considered airing this before or after ABP.. after would have been better because a lot of the dramas airing right now are not rom.com, CL would be the only one and would get all the attention. Especially with liberation diary, our blues, tomorrow which are kind of depressing/healing themes.

About Segi.... We really need to know why he is doing this .. this is such a cliff hanger!! I don't think it's just greed and wanting to keep go-top for himself. He is even trying to ruin relationship between ML and FL, and bringing BSY into this. This seems personal to me .


Or is it because he doesn't like that FL is making ML a better person and it would be harder for him to have the employees turn against ML... Hmm...

NGJ is still NGJ, so I'm not abit surprised at some of the things he does 😅 hang in there and bear with him my friend 🤗

I think NGJ knows that Baek Soo Young is up to no good by scouting LSA. In the preview, he said she was taking advantage of LSA's dream. I hope she doesn't leave Go Top to go to Baek Edu and that NGJ will help her with her dream after they resolve the whole terminal illness misunderstanding

Noo break up.. please don't do this cliche.. I have faith in the PDs that they will do something outside the box, as they have been with the drama

I still want a bit of Ryan Gold in NGJ, where all misunderstandings and arguments are resolved and end with kisses lol

I know.. they came a long way and so this is extra satisfying. Still can't believe when they hated each other so much and now they are so in love. This is the best enemies to lovers plot

Yes I think some ppl are still boxed into the traditional rom com plot where mean ceo just magically becomes all angelic so they find it hard to accept CL not being like that

If they can jsut accept the reality of this character, the show is 10/10

Speaking on OST, the song that was playing is the new OST that will be released tomorrow and it's called "wide open" now I think that's fitting in the sense that they had their mouths wide open during that long kiss esp NGJ LOL

They jsut have a weak heart and want all things fluffy.

I love the character development in CL, very believable.

I like how his personality did not completely change.. there is still the mean or menace-like NGJ that we've seen .. as much as a jerk he can be, I don't want that to be completely gone because its not realistic haha
