After episode 9, there is no way that Nabi would want to get back with Jaeon. The writer (or whoever responsible)…
omg yes i'm surprised too because i remember watching run on (which had a fantastic portrayal of relationships) before this and thinking that nevertheless would take a good path because its a jtbc drama. anyway, great loss of potential.
lmfao what the fuck was that ending 💀 can't even say that i'm disappointed because i didn't expect any better but nabi bestie why didn't you just go to paris. they rlly said lets glorify toxic relationships 🤧
just finished watching this, it started with me tearing up in the first few episodes and then full on sobbing by the last one. probably the first drama i've given a 10/10, the cinematography was superb and they handled topics fairly well! beautiful show, definitely deserves more attention.
I've never cried this much watching a drama and i don't think i will ever recover from the heartbreak this drama gave me. i couldn't even listen to the OST without tearing up. i found the whole symbolism aspect with the silver watch in the last two episodes being passed on from one person to another very interesting, i think it really shows that anyone could've could've been a victim of the events that unfolded that may. youth of may does great with storytelling and the romance, one of the best drama's ever.
the main reason why its slow-paced is because its very real and its one of those rare gems with a healthy and pure relationship. just know that it focuses a lot on self-growth, so its very dialogue heavy with a bit of a weak plot. (as a film student, it was very interesting for me ;p)
