true aphasia is due to damage to the brain, and brain damage is of many types (tbi, stroke, tumours etc)
there's not enough evidence to support that causes like dehydration and stress can lead to aphasia.
conditions like dehydration, stress, or hypotension can cause transient symptoms that appear similar to aphasia but have different underlying mechanisms and hence would NOT be dx as aphasia.
