Mostly yes, (dont show explicitly) and also it appears like going for season 2... Its def not a sad ending...

13 was just like a review with no new information as far as plot is concerned... 14 ( may be some 30 min) had some content. so they could have reduced some unnecessary scenes in earlier episodes, and would have completed in 12. It could have been super tight with no gap. (except few plot loop holes) if the J killer wants to liberate the poor then why did he stop for 25 years? so so long....

overall its a good series, just that it was little drag, 12 eps had been perfect and tight.
