Yes it made me sad to dislike the kdrama adaptation of a great webtoon :/ I decided to keep watching because i want to support my favorite actress but i might even drop it if they keep messing it up lol

Ahhh I agree I also read the webtoon and I really liked it. I still thought there were some thing that could be done differently in the kdrama but they went down a very different route. Im waiting for the next episodes to see how I really feel about it

I read the webtoon and I gotta say i really enojyed it. I honestly didn’t have a problem with it but for some reason the kdrama feels different. For starters the relationship between jieum and the restaurant lady is very different (she doesn’t call jieum uncle and their dynamic just feels different overall) and i liked it in the webtoon, but i just don’t understand why they decided to change it in the kdrama when ut was just fine before. Also, when 9 yr old jieum meets seoha again in her new life its a very brief encounter and imo very sweet. Again, i don’t understand why they changed it and made jieum go to his house and follow him. The director mentioned that she wanted to show more of jieum’s past lives but i also think that wasn’t necessary as the kdrama will only have 12 eps and i feel like it will take time away from the main storyline. I liked the webtoon so i’m kinda sad they made these unnecessary changes that make the kdrama feel different :(

In the drama do they say she was in love with him when he was nine? i don’t remember that but tbh my memory sucks so🤷‍♀️
