Ik I’m tempted to watch because it doesn’t have the crappy aspects that made me skip no.4 but then again it doesn’t look as remotely interesting or well-executed as the No.3’s.

I like the drama version of this much more. They removed too many subtle connecting scenes that allowed the series to flow. The movie feels choppy.

I’ll be waiting till the series finishes airing! I’m a binger. I love the series as well, I watched season 1 so many times I’ve lost count.

Toxic parents ARE normal in many Asian countries though. Taiwan hasn’t been part from China for that long, and China is known for censoring everything that is even remotely queer. Queer people aren’t as accepted or understood in these countries, so it is “normal” to some degree.

Absolutely amazing in all aspects. I loved the acting, the storyline, cinematography, and ending. I feel it fit into the unrealistic fantasy plot, where anything can happen. If it were a different genre I would’ve expected a different ending of course. Also—kbl actors take notes! This is how you kiss if you’re going to even attempt at all.

I dipped when I read “member of a ghost ship” I hate when people ship real people they don’t know together. Yawn.

Agreed. I dropped this series for so many reasons back when it first aired. I’m sure the 5th will be just as bad if directed by the same people and written by the same writers, but one can only hope not :/.

Sounds lame but I don’t care if this does justice to the OG manga…I didn’t like the original story. I’m more excited for the acting than the storyline.

Going to give this show a try considering everyone’s upset with the low rating, but then again….low ratings are always accurate for me so I’m not expecting anything amazing and may end up dropping it.

I didn’t really like this one because it didn’t flow well and the ending didn’t really break me into pieces or anything nor make me squeal with joy. It just felt like “eh”.

Not everything is the happy ending you’d like it to be though.
