This drama was terrible. The female lead was toxic, while the male lead was a pushover. She led him on for what felt like forever, only to push him away every time. Now, people will call it "underrated" just because of the ratings
I did see people making posts here to urgently reach 9, so I guess it was done by bots but 8.9 was already there…
I'm not just talking about this drama, but in general, when people see a rating of 9, they start watching with high expectations and tend to nitpick everything. But if the rating was inflated by bots, people are more likely to be disappointed and call it overrated.
No one likes hearing their favorite drama being labeled as overrated, so I don’t understand the hype around boosting ratings with bot accounts when the drama was already performing well.
Some guy was shitting here and another guy started even bigger shit.Hoping to see all religions here lol My hunch says both of them are from India (not trying to be racist I swear) based on what I've seen on Twitter.
Started again with these fake accounts and mass like comments allegations . If anything, you always have the most likes on every drama's comment section. Are you saying you're so funny and organic that you get 30+ likes on every comment every time you post? I didn’t even know people had more accounts or how to see blocked people's comments, I learned that from one of your comments. Do you know how paranoid you have to be to think you deserve likes and that those who are getting likes are using different accounts? And does like even change someone's perspective?
I'll not be reading ur comments anymore, So don't bother writing.I hope this is the last drama I see ur comments
Someone said Hidden Love is better and another person replied, 'Imo this is better.' This is what a normal person does on a drama related post. You started with 'Shut up...' as the reply and another long post of your own. Does this seem normal to you? Waiting for a reply and seeing how many likes one has?
People will always hate something you dearly love, and we can't do anything about it. And it's only a drama.
I came back here after finishing the whole drama. I wanted to say something else, but this might be the third drama where I'm seeing user Precious being obsessed. Please let others comment and share their feelings. It doesn’t matter if I like the drama or not, but replying to everyone with such an intimidating tone isn’t doing any good for the drama. It’s a request. It creates more haters for the drama than doing any good.
Just my opinion, but this drama only got a 9 rating because it's riding on the popularity of Hidden Love. It's…
The Kdrama audience definitely got to know about this drama because it is related to Hidden Love and it got so many edits even tho this drama is also quite good
what about Japanese industry / Japanese are they strict with cancel culture like china or just negligent like…
Not just the entertainment industry but Japan is filled with pedos. I don't want to go there. I like the cancel culture in China, but you also have to consider the power dynamic. Jackie Chan (I know he was born in Hong Kong) has done enough, yet he's still not canceled. Those who got canceled in China hadn’t yet reached the supreme level of power.
As for Korean cancel culture, many people won’t like to hear this, but the excessive interference of the international audience is making it disappear. Most people were against Korean cancel culture until now and suddenly, they want it for KSH. And I’ve seen more international fangirls defending him than Koreans.
Sadly, the entertainment industry is full of horrible people we may not be aware of. For him to get boycotted, the audience has to boycott him,Industry people aren’t going to block him otherwise. I hope people don’t stop dissing him because a lawsuit against him isn’t possible according to the law there.
I don’t understand why people are so upset about the childhood trope. In this drama,it doesn’t harm the plot anyway. I know it has become very common but I don’t think it’s something that would stop people from enjoying the drama. Also, the plot point is so minor that we can even skip it if it doesn’t suit our taste. I really don’t get all the complaining
Is there anyone Korean here? Is it true that they're deleting articles related to this and no big media house covering this, like they did with Lee Byung-hun?
