Ashita isnt as light as marumo...since Ashita deals with serious issues...it was just many comic moments but still equallto the dramatic moments/ Marumo is a parenting like daisuki..but mmarumu was wakkier

...i think Ashita was 2nd most filled children performance on screen i ve seen in a jdrama...1st was Queen class room

here in ashita, she is 9

it feels like somewhat her Sayonara/Marumo...but w/ dark moment in places ..but not as heavy as Mother since Mother has no wacky exxagerated moments

maybe Marumo ...so you can see her grow bit by bit

its quite light i think...many humorous scenes..and sprincled drama

..i read that i was put out in the anime ..but it was in the book

also Romeo original planned episodes was 50
but due to low ratings they cut it to 33

i think romeos leadership of the black brothers was shortened or skipped..and just put 1 episode into it
..but still not so much hurt in the story

..since romeos setting was based on true story..i read that...many chimney boys died..due to hunger and some difficulty living reason and it was just lighten in the anime ^^
