OMGGG BRO s1 was so good my heart broke at the ending I’ll forever have those two in my heart 😭 sadly I’m one of those people who didn’t like s2 bc it just kinda felt like a betrayal to me that he starts to think about Jinyeon instead of Mudeok but, I’m actually super glad to hear you’re enjoying it bc it’s not often that I hear a friend say that hahaha I hope you enjoy AOS as a whole!!! And I’m so glad you ended up even watching it :’)

Yep :) first episode in, I had to take a break for a couple days bc I genuinely could not go through it bc it seemed so complicated that it was boring. But looking back I realize how amazing that first episode is and, it’s really there for you to look back on how everything started. And for sure the kdrama only gets better and better; even if it’s only decent at the beginning it quickly gets amazing and it’s overall very worth it to watch!

It is seriously so good. Just like you, historical is not up my alley, however this insanely good kdrama might have singlehandedly made it my favourite genre haha. The ship dynamic is what mostly made me obsessed because their relationship is just so perfect to me, but also the plot is so insane as it has plot twists that I didn’t expect and I never felt bored on any episode. There wasn’t a moment where I thought: this episode seems like a filler, everything felt so in place and amazing!! Seriously I recommend it.

Ive never liked or been intrigued by the genre, but this kdrama is 100% the best kdrama I’ve ever watched in my life. It was so good that it made me enjoy the historical theme, I strongly very much do recommend this gem !!!

I put off this Kdrama for so long bc I wasn’t pulled it by the “historical theme” but my friends have convinced me to watch it otherwise. After a year of not being able to beat Weightlifting Fairy KBJ’s place at the top for my favourite Kdrama, this show does it. I don’t know why I put this off for so long, it was so perfect and I don’t think I can ever experience a drama like this again.
