Currently watching Episode 1, and I noticed the English translation says “daughter” instead of “son.” A lot of the subtitles also don’t match the actual dialogue or context, which is a bit distracting.
Watched the first episode and no, I dont think it is necessary for you to watch. They release it in their youtube…
Ohh I see 😔 That’s a bit unfortunate… I was really hoping to watch and fully understand it with English subs. Still, thank you for the heads-up, I really appreciate it! 💙
It really depends on you. It's totally fine if you choose to skip the original Encantadia (2005) or even the reboot…
Oh wow, that’s really kind of you💙 Thank you so much for the links! That makes things way easier. I’ll definitely check them out when I get the chance. 😊
Did you watch The Double? The ML in this drama was one of the Duke's two bodyguards.
Ah yes! What I meant earlier when I said “the cast is new to me” was actually a bit of a typo. I’ve actually seen the male lead before, probably... twice or even more! As for the female lead, I’m not entirely sure, but I think I might’ve seen her once, though I’m not that familiar. What I really meant was that it’s new to me to see them in lead roles. And in my opinion, they’re doing a great job so far.. especially up to Ep6.
I just finished Episode 6, and so far, I’m really enjoying how the plot is unfolding. The cast still has room for improvement in their acting, but the female lead is doing fairly well.
The storyline is quite watchable. It’s interesting enough to keep me from getting bored, even though it’s a bit predictable and not exactly a fresh concept. I’ve seen a lot of "time-travel" or “coming back to life” type dramas, so this one doesn’t feel all that new. But since I’m still waiting for upcoming Chinese historical dramas, I decided to give this a try... and I’m glad I did. The cast is new to me, and although it’s a short-length series, it still manages to keep me excited for each episode.
And oh....and that *slap* she gave the villainess maid? So satisfying!
Do I need to watch the original Encantadia and its parent story first, or is it okay to skip them and go straight to Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre? Just wondering if the story will still make sense even without watching the first and second seasons 🤭
SB19 Justin is back on screen! We only got a glimpse of him last time, so we’re really hoping for a longer and meaningful role this time! Go Justin!! 🎬💙
If I hear "Gege" from the cousin one more time, I'll jump in and beat his ass myself!
Same here! Every time they say 'Gege,' it feels like my soul leaves my body—instant cringe overload. But weirdly enough, when my Chinese friend says it, it sounds totally fine. Maybe it's just the drama vibe making it extra dramatic!
This drama is pure perfection / 完美 (wán měi). Everything about it—the OST, the plot, and the way the main leads portrayed their roles—is absolutely flawless. I felt such a mix of happiness and anticipation, and I’m already looking forward to the next season! Does anyone know when it will air? I can't wait!
I’m so excited for Universe League! Seeing my girls UNIS do the dance challenge has me ready to follow this show from start to finish. As a huge multi-stan, I’m looking for strong live vocals and dance skills, and with groups like Stray Kids, SB19, and UNIS raising the bar, my standards are higher than ever! Here’s my UNOFFICIAL top 10 based on popularity on YouTube (likes, views, and comments on individual clips). This list might change once I see their performances in the upcoming challenges:
In no particular order: - Zhang Shuai Bo - Cha Woong Ki - Steven Kim - Li Zhi Nuo - JL Gaspar - Toyoda Kenta - Seo Jeongwoo - Chih En - Daisuke - Kaneda Eito +Jang Kyungho
Thank you so much for inviting our P-pop Kings, SB19! As always, they delivered a great live performance with stable vocals and impressive dance moves. As A'Tin, we are incredibly proud of the boys!
This is what happens when we overhype young actors. I adore GemFourth, but as a fan, if we truly want to help them grow and improve, we should be honest. Their performance here was a bit disappointing... the spark they had before seems to be fading. I hope they get paired up again in another series because I’d love to see the chemistry and spark they had in MSP and MC.

Where can I watch this with English subtitles?
