I like how you addressed the reasons for why people stray away from writing articles, and how you went through each of them, providing your sound advice along the way. It's easy to deter one's self from something but with the right encouragement, people are capable of so much more than they could imagine--and that's what your article did for me, so I appreciate it!
I looked at your first MDL article and you've definitely improved in terms of writing style and grammar, which is awesome (yay!). Kudos to you for taking that first step. Not only with writing but as with everything else, it's impossible to move forward and progress without taking that first step.
