Basically, Jin Jae Gyu said that he was locked up in the mental hospital for 15 years, right? He was locked up since the age of 8, I think from the time when they found Jin Jae Gyu praying over his mother's dead body. After he got out, he took the gun and went to Hwang Pil Seon's house, where he got shot.
