It's been a year now, and it seems AIS Play isn't going to make this available internationally, which is a real shame. I'm still avoiding directly uploading to streaming sites, but since they're just sitting on it, I guess it's not going to hurt them to send hardsubbed copies to international viewers who want to see the series. Thanks for the update. That is unfortunate indeed. There might still be hope that they'll make it available via their YouTube membership, but I'm not optimistic TBH.

Tle got back with Cal (K's sister) as as best friends. In the final scene, Cal says Tle is her future in-law, indicating that he and K got into long-distance relationship.
So I tried my hand at making English subtitles for this, because this little gem deserves to be seen more. I've uploaded the SRTs at Opensubtitles (link in reply). I won't be uploading any videos, so unless you can find them somewhere else, you'll need a VPN to access AIS Play from outside Thailand.
The simplest way to watch with them is to use the "Substital" extension for Chrome or Firefox. Once you have the video running on AIS Play or wherever, activate the extension and you'll be able to search directly from there. Type in "Nha Harn The Series" and choose the correct sub for the episode segment, and you'll have it up and running without having to download any files. (Change the background from transparent to a solid color so it doesn't clash with the hard-coded Thai subs.)
