I think you nailed it. The first two eps were ok but it went downhill from there.

LND was considerably better written than this.

I usually don't comment here but the first few episodes are so unbelievable and cringe for me that I felt compel to write here. The part about the lights and the guy getting drugged and knew he was impaired but still continue driving just pushed me over. Got me frustrated.

I'm watching this right now and getting so frustrated. To those that say this is a very good drama I think maybe you are letting the actor/actress affect your judgement. The storyline is interesting but those plot twists are just too ridiculous. Some things that are common sense are completely disregarded and there are just too many inconsistencies. Some things don't even make sense. I'm on E14 and I'm seriously thinking about just not watching it anymore since it's so absurd. If I have to rate this I would say 4/10. The story concept is interesting and the acting isn't bad but the actual script for the most part is not good.
