"On your wedding day". It's a movie but It really displays realistic and down-to-earth imagery of relationships. You know the saying. "Right person, wrong time". From friends, to dating and eventually breaking up

From what i understood. Right when Seo Do Won was going to shoot himself, he heard the train again which was off because he saw previously that it had been shut down so he couldn't take it back to his original world (Or World A). In the scene where we see detectives Kim Jin Woo (First introduced in world A), Woo Jae Hyu (First introduced in world A), Kang Joon Young (First introduced in world B). We can tell somethings off already and then Seo Do Won comes out of the vehicle dressed as a chief and are chasing somebody that looks just like the chief. Which is actually the Seo Do Won we know who didn't shoot himself and ended up taking the train and is now in a different parallel world (Lets call this world X).
When Seo Do Won walks away and sees Han Seo Kyung at the crosswalk. He tells her they arnt meant to be because he still belives that he's the reason she will be fated to die. Han Seo Kyung then stops him and responds with a line Seo Do Won said in world B to her. Assuming to be that Han Seo Kyung from world B came looking for Seo Do Won from world A who left from world B. Since we last saw Han Seo Kyung asking the Chief in prison if there were other parallel worlds and how to get to them.
The last frame shows a train following the train tracks and ahead of it a bunch of other train tracks going in different directions and paths. Coming to signify at least to me all the other different worlds with different scenarios.
