Jung So Min is terrific in everything she does. I am watching this and Soul Mechanic right now and she absolutely steals scenes. Loved her also in Because this is my First Life.
Wow, the first 4 episodes were really dull. I feel like the female lead was mis-cast. She looks too young and doesn't have the charisma to get me to believe 2 guys are after her. Her acting seems wooden as well.
I can't believe I almost made it through 11 episodes of this awful drama. Romance??? Where was the romance, lol?? ML and FL had 0 chemistry. It's starting to get to me that late 20's early 30's adults act like 15 yr olds when it comes to dating. So awkward as if holding hands is having sex!!
I've watched pretty much nothing but Korean shows for the last 6 months but I think it's time for a break. I need to see realistic portrayals of intimacy and love on screen. Don't need to see simulated sex scenes but it would be nice if adults acted like adults.
There was one scene where FL kisses ML and he reacts as if she slapped him...just 0 response, no kiss back, lol.
This show had a lot more similarities with MacBeth than Little Women. And they made great pains to show that often. It started one way, then took off in a crazy rollercoaster that reminded me of a Mission Impossible movie where people would pull masks off their faces and be other people.
And I loved almost every minute of it. It was bloody fun! Korean shows like to make everyone a suspect and show you scenes that on first glance aren't what they appear. This show is guilty of that.
But man, there were so many batsh*t crazy characters, lol! Won Song A was having a ball! Her Lady MacBeth was convincing.
I was just about to write a long comment telling you how wrong you are about rating one of my favorite shows this…
Every time I get into the story and the wonderful acting, one of those two songs comes up and just ruins the mood. Maybe, at some point, I'll try watching again but for now I have to give up.
I've watched 2 episodes and really like it but do they really have to play that awful song every episode? "Whereee do we go from heeere..." I have to mute it, lol.
Now, that I ended up finishing the show, I have a question for the basic premise and the motive for OZ and the scientists: Eliminate the Psychopath gene= Utopia??? Not all crime is committed by Psychopaths. I mean the woman who started the whole thing and wanted to get the bill passed, is she a psychopath? Does it matter?
A MINOR percentage of crime/murder is committed by Serial Killers/Predators. If the foundation of a show can crumble so easily, how can I take it seriously?
It was still fun to watch but could have been cut down from 20 episodes and maybe a couple of Predators could have been eliminated from the show.
Of course, this show is also fantastic!
