Jennifer is Eun Nam's American name. Dong Joo did not find out until the wedding that Eun Nam is the chairman's granddaughter. He was planning to go to New York to pursue her but met Eun Nam instead the day before the trip. So he was dating the granddaughter this whole time without even knowing.

The husband is definitely not a victim. He knew this was an arranged marriage. And the way he is acting toward FL is not acceptable. And yes, she is not a victim either because she made her choices based on her own desire to get revenge. But she still should not be treated that way in her marriage. She told her husband the truth when he asked about her and Dong Joo.

The way this drama is speedrunning through this plot, Dong Joo might get his memories back in episode 6 or 7. My prediction, he does get his memory back in 2 episodes but pretends he still does not remember. I think he keeps this a secret from everyone, including Eun Nam since everyone is watching her.

I still have no problem with Eun Nam. Just like everyone else, she's being selfish. But it doesn't make sense that the chairman is giving her an ultimatum about her shares. I guess the chairman needs a connection to the ex-NIS dude for some reason. This is basically the only way to get her to stay married, by threatening her. She has the right to automatically have shares to the company, like she stated. Eun Nam may had agreed to stay in the marriage because she believes that Dong Joo wants nothing to do with her since he has not called her since that day. But, she does need to get out of that marriage. That husband is possessive. He hates that even though he's married to her, she still loves Dong Joo. She doesn't even let him touch her. Hmm....so Eun Nam and the husband will know the baby is Dong Joo's. Will the husband tell everyone in advance it's his or will Eun Nam let everyone assume the baby is the husband's to protect Dong Joo? Imagine their reaction when the family finds out they will forever have a connection to Dong Joo lol I hope Dong Joo and Eun Nam help each other out and I want them to have their happy ending (I highly doubt that though)

You are correct. The husband didnt leave until morning when he brought SDJ back to the house. . EN said that the husband asked about the dinner they all gathered for on the wedding night (when the married couple was dressed up and SDJ got drunk) So to me, he saw SDJ's tattoo and the husband was asking about the dinner cause he sensed something was off between SDJ and EN. EN was truthful (which caused them to fight) and husband saw the matching tattoo (after trying to grab EN). I guess in a way it confirmed SDJ and EN had something but he already knew cause EN told him. So I'm guessing a couple of days passed between the wedding night and them fighting.

EN admitted to her mother and stepdad that the husband could sense something between her and SDJ on their wedding night. She said she was honest with him and he started calling SDJ names and she defended SDJ. Then they got into the fight. So he knew but now he noticed that they have matching tattoos. Also SDJ does have EN's name on his wrist but its on one side only.

If the stepfather had no hesitation killing SDJ then he definitely killed EN's father. Without a doubt. I'm so glad EN wanted to go back to SDJ, I just wished she told him she was coming instead of saying she wont going. So I can see EN helping SDJ from the inside once he's back from the dead cause she is hating all of her family right now. I'm glad she was straight forward with the husband about her and SDJ lol Basically telling him this marriage was for the shares only lol

The show is finally available on Hulu in the US! Seems that the epsiodes will release on Wednesdays.

A great writer can weave different genres seamlessly into their script and it can still be great. That's how you keep a show interesting. They kinda have to since they need to stretch this out 16 episodes lol I dont think people would survive a 20 or 24 episode kdramas with one genre, that used to be the norm.

I love your comments because its what I'm feeling about this drama. Let it play out! There is not enough information for us to already be judging this show. Give it the 4 episode test. Do people know there is something called character development? I'm loving that most of the main characters are either gray or bad. Everyone has their own selfish agenda. I'm indfferent to about all the characters so far. I'm just gonna sit here and enjoy.

Totally agree. It's sad to see people act this way because the actress earned this role. Out of the 100 people that auditioned, she won and we can clearly see why in her acting. She is literally doing her job. I know it's early but I've just became a fan of hers after 1 episode.
