Jung Hae In! Nice, I am excited. I've been following his works for a while. However, between his main lead co-star and the fact that this will be airing on Disney+, I am also a bit apprehensive about how this drama will be received.

The beginning of Episode 7 was painfully similar to the ending episodes of Nirvana in Fire 2. It made my heart warm. Pitiful and weak child emperors are painful to watch, but their rescues by family members with more military power than them, rather than rebellion, to me, is exceptionally honorable and a treat to watch.
One of my biggest flexes will always be that I called it on the Professor being sketchy. I got heat for it, I was called fanatical for it, but my drama intuition never fails me LOL.
Also that Elijah started the fire (my thoughts were between her doing it by accident, or Isaac secretly being a vindictive person and setting the fire on purpose lol), but I wish I wasn't right about that one :(
Yo Han allowed her to hate him, allowed himself to be seen as a monster, misunderstood, allowed Ga On to say those hurtful things and remind him of that traumatic event over and over again, just to protect her. That is true love.
Ok anyone can express their opinion but mine from yesterday supports the fact that this is not BL. Still stand…
The fact you had to write all of this is quite annoying. I don't know why some people equate tension or closeness between men in dramas as only BL. Not knocking anyone, but it's an overdone oversimplification I believe.
Su Ah's real identity was a nice twist. One of the quotes this episode that confused me was when she said "The student has surprised his teacher," after Yo Han turned the trial around in his favor. From then on I was sure they must have held a deeper connection. She is so bat shit crazy, I love it. Can't wait to see her twisted side of the story, and what she believes she "taught" him
I dont know if I'm sick in the head but I really liked the scene where Ga On got choked out. Why? Well. I appreciated Yo Han's violent response to the question. Jisung's acting is undefeated.

There's hate for Ga On? That really makes no sense LOL. If anything, most of these same viewers would act/assume like him or even worse considering the things he's seen or been given to believe about Yo Han.
It's more like a fierce and burning tension. Someone looking for validation to judge or not to judge, and the other seeking understanding and cooperation from that someone. I hope this goes the "pair up together to take everyone down" route. But their chemistry is off the charts. This is good casting
Yo Han's last words in ep 4 make me so suspicious towards his actions. It's kinda obvious that not everything…
For a second I believed the same thing. But then I stopped to really think. Its most likely that the show adds those lines and prior misunderstandings in order to make the viewers confused on Yo Han's true nature. But so far it's quite clear that he didnt orchestrate the fire. Isaac was nothing but good to him, a shred of hope in Yo Han's abused life with his father. Not to mention, he is trying to actively take Ga On under his wing, which wouldnt make sense if he in fact killed his brother. The guilt, regret, fear, or bitterness everytime he saw Ga On's face would make that near impossible. If anything, the show has been painting Yo Han as a twisted hunter of a man, and its most likely that this is just a surface level cover up for his inner pain and deeper humanity
