This realistically should be rated a 8< . The story line is magnificent and really takes you on a journey, there are MANY plot twists in this one and the way the slow burn romance is in it throughout with 1st leads and 2nd leads adds a nice touch to it. Ignore the bad reviews and definitely give this a watch. It’s got the vibe of legend of fuyao/under the
power/ancient love poetry. Xianxia is my favorite but it also incorporates Wuxia. Definitely watch.

Honestly didn’t like it. Got to episode 11 and I’m still not connecting with the show or the characters. It goes from one thing to the next and it doesn’t stop which is pretty annoying. The “mysteries” that are involved are also highly pathetic. Wouldn’t recommend this unless you literally have nothing else to watch. Dropped.

This series was phenomenal! If you love a great mystery with multiple components, twists, turns, multiple characters with background stories then this is for you! How they planned this out really kept me watching every single episode I had to go to the next one. The ending is bittersweet. There were many instances where the lead would have anxiety on screen (realistic screams, crying etc) and that really pulled me in was very real and believable and that was acted amazing. Overall recommend anyone to watch this absolutely amazing. Hope they do more shows like this in the future!

This review will probably be unpopular but it’s just a different opinion. Given the short 38 episodes it should’ve been way longer. I felt there were undeveloped characters like the lady in white, and how 9 swords guy died so soon, on top of that I didn’t like how they depicted the main guy. He even once demeaned a woman by saying her bust and butt was flat, which I hate watching shows where men demean women and act like total scum. I don’t like supporting demeaning women, other than that the action was great and the cultivating was awesome. I also felt like the main guy could’ve had more beast battles but he seemed to not really control his powers well. Hopefully season 2 sorts it all out and makes it better. Princess silver, love and redemption, fight breaks sphere, was way better. I also didn’t care for the blue hue the entire series. Overall a decent film 7/10 for me. Hoping season 2 is better and longer.

Honestly this show deserves a way higher rating. If you like twists, turns, backstabbing, heart felt moments, romance, periods of time where you are literally like WTH. Then this is for you 100% the acting was superb costumes were high quality, the action was ON POINT, I can’t wait to finish this show to see the end because WOW. This is like #2 on my favorites list now. Outstanding.

This show is really worth the 10 stars. The romance in it is little to none but it still keeps you entertained. The storyline of this is far ahead of its time it was honestly a giant masterpiece. As someone who loves martial arts, swords, backstabbing, twists and turns. This one literally has it all and it’s extremely well acted. Would recommend 1000%.

I agree 100% the beginning was so slow I was having a hard time getting into it and then out of nowhere everything kept popping off I was glued to the tv and couldn’t stop watching! Lol

Not going to lie in the beginning it took me awhile to get into it but oh man once it took off the chemistry between everyone acting and the storyline was so intense. It kept you on your seat like what the actual F! So amazing :))

This was beautiful. A tear jerker too at times, this is definitely one of my favorites. Great visuals and the story line was aaahhhmazing! 10/10 :))

I ended up watching a few more episodes because I hate quitting LOL. But it’s definitely watchable and is quirky / funny. The drama part of it though of the lead girl is just not entertaining I feel like her countless marriages not working and that storyline of her was just too basic. Her character comes across as super annoying more than anything.

Had to stop this on episode 11. I truly am not being pulled in nor understanding the point of what’s been happening the past episodes. So far it’s mainly about the lead girl being crazy and nobody wanting to marry her (I see why) and the lead guy acting sus. Just couldn’t get into it, not my style I guess. It’s decently funny but so far this has been a disappointment lol

I actually really enjoyed this show. It honestly got even better half way in. The plot of it definitely kept me entertained and had my focus. There were some drags but I feel like they weren’t extreme and they blended in well with the whole show. I love that my drama list has this platform because now I know I’m not the only one completely binging my life away on all these amazing Cdramas 😂😆…. Give this one a watch!

This show was spectacular. Not only does it progress to get severely more intense / and plot twists, but the visuals, the acting, the bonds, the storyline. This is one of the top dramas for me that I’ve seen. You won’t be disappointed!

I agree I think that’s why I had an issue with the FL during the whole show, idk if it was the script telling her to be so dull in her emotions on camera but her connection with the audience and people watching the show really sucked and that’s where I think it was a flaw in her acting, the other side FL had much more emotion. I couldn’t even get into her relationships with the MLs because she was such a turn off. So disappointed in that aspect of this show!

In this show, I think she does a bad job of acting and that’s just my opinion. She had the same facial expression throughout the entire series and as a viewer it’s hard to be moved by a character that shows no emotion, has a straight face to every situation whether it be bad or good. Her character lacked a lot and it was highly annoying. Every other character did a much better job.

On episode 23. The FL honestly is so disappointing, and not good at acting. She has one facial expression the entire series and her character is honestly super annoying. Everything else is great though, highly recommend watching just be prepared for the terrible FL.
