Title Hospital Playlist Spoiler
There's this niggling feeling at the back of my mind that Ik Jun and Song Hwa might end up together. Somehow the fact that 80% of the audience is shipping Jun Wan and Song Hwa is bringing back traumatic memories of Jung Hwan because everyone had thought that ship was so obvious, when it wasn't.

Song Hwa and Ik Jun have that unexpected, surprising-yet-not-really factor that seems to be the route this team likes to take often. The way they construct the love lines makes it appear as if they were rushed and popped out of the blue, but when you go back you'll see how the clues were there all along.

I feel like none of the love lines will be resolved this season. It may as well take the entire 12 episodes for Ik Jun to get over his divorce and for Song Hwa and Ik Jun to get to a stage where they'll consider a relationship together, if they will.

I'll honestly take anything that's well-developed and heartwarming, which is a GIVEN with this creative team.

I feel so bad for Hye Yoon. They're saying she's not pretty enough to be a main lead and should just stick to…
I don't wanna be giving that page more traffic than it already has (I think it's one of her most commented posts by now) but I'm going to use this as an excuse to talk about how much KHY has blown me away. People suggesting they would've liked to see a more experienced actor's take on Danoh are obviously not watching the show and have not seen how perfectly KHY has embodied the spirit of the show through her portrayal. This girl has literally SET THE TONE of this show through Danoh. Part of its high energy and cracktastic vibe comes from the aegyo-manic, spunky attitude of Danoh. Not everyone would've interpreted Danoh this way, but the way KHY did is BEYOND PERFECT. Not to mention she's been nailing it and comes across as such a natural. It's appalling that the "lack of chemistry" (which I COMPLETELY disagree with) is blamed on Hyeyoon ALONE instead of her male co-stars, and she's disparagingly told to gain some dating experience so she can create chemistry. Just. Oh my God. Talk about veiled misogyny at its finest. That wasn't even constructive criticism; it was plain hating. Frankly, IMO this is a role none of the actresses suggested by the post author and the commenters could've nailed. All of these people clearly have a problem distinguishing between the different types of chemistry you can have between a couple - Baek Kyung and Danoh only appear to have more chemistry because their scenes are more intense (lol notice how she credits only LJW for this as well, completely ignoring the fact that KHY's Danoh is more serious and assertive around Baek Kyung, which also contributes to the more intense chemistry) The blatant misogyny makes it clear that nothing in this post can be taken seriously. You can't call this a valid criticism when it's completely one-sided and not constructive in the least.

Am I going crazy or are Soo Chul and Sae Mi slowly gaining awareness?! They both remember visiting her in the hospital, WHICH HAPPENED OFF STAGE. It's happened way too many times to discount as a plot hole...

I don't think I've ever anticipated for two characters to get together as much I have for these two. Episode 9 is going to make my heart burst <3

Title The Tale of Nokdu Spoiler
If Yool Mu is the grand prince why hasn't the king have him killed yet?
I think because he's been very sly and tried to come across as a hedonistic and easy-going guy who has no desire for the throne, and so the King doesn't think he's a threat
On The Secret Life of My Secretary Jun 25, 2019
This drama deserves higher than an 8.2 though! Sure, it's silly and brimming with clichés but it's self-aware, owns its identity, and is so much better than those other romcoms that try and pretend they're less shallow than they really are.
On What's Wrong with Secretary Kim Aug 11, 2018
I feel like Why Secretary Kim is a prime example of how bad writing can undermine a stellar cast and even director. ADAPTATIONS AND REMAKES STILL NEED GOOD WRITERS PEOPLE!

There's a charm in seeing a webtoon come to life with the same exact dialogues and gestures on screen but in this case it just came across as very cringe-y and unnatural. Park Joon Hwa is a GENIUS at awkward, subtle yet clever humor as seen in BTLIF, but over here it just doesn't work :/

Overall, WWWSK is best described as a vacation. It stars some of the best actors in the drama industry, whose high skill and potential is frankly wasted, but you can tell they're at least having a blast. It's low effort and fluffy, and although it's not high quality, it's a lot of fun.
On Familiar Wife Aug 9, 2018
I think I just fell really hard for this drama. Yes there's going to be lots of angst, but with the way they've been handling their relationship so far I can't wait for the emotions to hit. Let's hope it stays this good!

I wrote a review for episode 3 because I had so many thoughts about it (basically screaming at the end of that episode) and needed an outlet. Would appreciate if y'all would check it out and comment your thoughts on that episode too!
