Theaters, the dvd/blu ray will be released only in november (24/11/2021).
You can always check the official movies websites (in japanese) they mention the release dates for the dvd/bluray releases. Which in this case is 24/11.
Theaters, you need to wait for a dvd/web release to watch it outside the theaters.
According with the official website the movie will be release at the 24th of November this year. After that you need to wait for someone to sub it in case you don't speak japanese.
