love kinn but did he rlly forget pete? also bible portraying vegas is so hot man rip big / ken chay has every right to be mad at porsche and I can't imagine how he will react about kim
still waiting on that pool scene with KP
love kinnporsche and kimchay couple as always but can't wait to see vegaspete next week- pete smiling and laughing while getting tortured like a devil is the hottest thing for me in this ep-
it isnt the best drama, a bit too mediocore for me but the comedy is what stands out- and tbh it was interesting the first time i watched it. i love psychological-type, crime-comedy dramas. i think the comedy stands out more than the actual plot for me.
siyoon is quite underated and his comedy and style of acting especially in 'you raise me up' is quite dope to me.
i just finished watching ep 1 and 2 and honestly this drama is better than i expected.
maybe i just have a different type of genre that i like (which is why i expected it to be different) but overall this drama is not bad at all. im so proud of jisoo and her acting skills are actually amazing and hae in never fails to impress me with his acting. i do LOVE the mystery aspect of it and tho the political side may be controversial but overall i think the drama is great. there is comedy in it as well so that was refreshing even tho it wasn't my style of comedy, i still enjoyed it.
it still hasnt warmed up to me but that may be because there are only two eps out and romance isnt my fav genre anyway but i was waiting for this for so long and watching it now, im glad i waited.
i dont know why it is getting backlash but im gonna stay out of that and support this drama.
mine were junho (hot police officer), ali (foreign worker) and sae-byeok (north korean pickpocketer).
sae byeok was so badass, she was a real fighter. when she died, it was real sad since she actually was a cold but good character. ali was just so adorable and innocent and naive and he genuinely was kind-hearted and wanted the best for everyone. he was a real g, so helpful. junho (probably my fav) didnt actually have a real involvement in the plot (he only went into the game in disguise to find his bro) but his character was just perfect. he was so clever, so cunning and all and we cant ignore the fact that he looks SO HOT- SAVE ME- i was legit so sad when he died :(
i actually hope none of the characters died and that s2 will bring these character back up because i rlly miss these characters already even tho the show came out like a few days ago.
if you likes 'alice in borderland' or 'as the god's will', then you will definitely love this new netflix show.
as a big thriller / death game fan, this drama actually exceeded my expectations. it's well-directed, the plot was great, most of the acting was great (i think they could have done more with the VIPS, that was a let down), the set and vibe was great. each of the characters were different in their own ways and the whole kdrama had a good storyline and message conveyed subtly throughout. there is a lot of tension, action and betrayal as well as character development ( which was very well acted out ) and in a sense, it is quite realistic to real life problems which makes you think and ask yourself 'what would we do in these situations'. its chaotic, clever and puts you on edge throughout. already in the first episode, i was so connected with the characters introduced. i had grown fond of these 'death-game' shows so it was like i could sense what would happen next (scenes were predictable) but even so the plot twists still did indeed surprise me. the idea to use innocent children's games (with a deadly twist) in contrast to the horror of humanity is very good.
the only thing i would say that disappointed me a bit was the ending. i won't spoil but i do think the ending was a bit abrupt and hurried. another thing that was upsetting was the portrayal of the VIPS. i understood that the VIPS were meant to be foreign and all but the whole english speeches was a bit cringe to me. the acting was amazing, each actor depicted their character really well whether their character was good or bad. the english VIPS, i think that could have been changed. i was cringing while watching them talk, it just doesn't feel right, doesn't fit in.
warning: there is nudity and a sex scene in ep 3/4 ( sorry can't remember ) and also a bit of nudity in ep 7. there isn't much, it is more gory and blood-related than nudity. so if you like shows/films like that (like me), this is the show for you. there is only 9 eps (each around 1hr long) and the plot does fit perfectly between the eps.
i could legit talk about this show for so long. i highly recommend it. its fun. its exciting and you will feel an instant connection to the characters. other than that, i think that's about it.
rating: 5/5 stars (there are a few tiny problems such as the ones i stated above but overall, the show is genuinely so good i just forget about the things that annoyed me)

also sang yeob is too fit man-
"every time I'm in a bad mood, your eyes say you like it.... let it out."
