This is for those confused about whether Yeol and Eun-jo got married in the Joseon timeline. In the ending epilogue…
I have a thing for saeguks and Korean history, so I understood the context as well. But I knew that those not used to historical K-dramas would have a hard time understanding the final lines. Not to mention how watered-down Netflix captions normally are, I always get the ick when I can figure out the Korean dialogue has more depth than the English subtitles let on.

The kiss** site had mentioned that the epilogue would start shortly during end credits, otherwise I too would have missed it. : )

This is for those confused about whether Yeol and Eun-jo got married in the Joseon timeline. In the ending epilogue of EP 16, the museum guide clearly states that the shoe and ring belonged to the '부부인' (Pubuin/Grand Princess Consort ), which is the main legal wife of a Grand Prince according to Joseon Royal Titles.

Since Yeol took the throne and decided to pass it on to his nephew (Crown Prince - son of the deposed king) until things were in order, he was most likely to have returned to his title of '大君' (Dae-gun/Grand Prince) after the crown prince took the throne. Even in the scene, the museum guide mentions that she was his wife '아내' (anae) and the things are retrieved from the royal tomb. This would mean that Eun-jo was a legal main wife, since only their items are allowed to be stored there

I loved this so much. The ending was wrapped up nicely, all the good people got their ending and bad ones as well. The pacing, angst and message were well done as well. A 10/10 saeguk for me.

If anyone needs clarity regarding their relationship status at the end -

that is also one of the things that will stay for posteority about this drama. It had one of the ML more crazy…
Yeah even the protection scenes was for him to not die so he won't turn into the devil god not because she genuinely cared for him. Even if she cared for TTJ as much as she cared for that little girl she saved from Barren Abyss, we wouldn't have gotten this kind of soggy feeling after the ending.

Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
I agree with you about the part that I also don't feel that LSS love TTJ to the same degree as TTJ love for her.…
Exactly, never did I see the devotion or her putting effort for TTJ, even as much as Sang Jiu had for Ming Ye. Li Susu came of as plain 'holier than thou' person with no regard for other's emotions over her mission.

Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
I feel like li su su didn't love TTJ even a small bit of how much he loved and trusted her. In her defense, she had witnessed him killing everything she holds dear in the beginning. I have seen other Xianxia and Li Susu is the most unromantic female lead ever, yes she loved him but her love was conditional while he was unconditional. Be it Xiao Lan Hua from LBFAD, Ji Yun He from Blue Whisper, Ye Tan from TSL, Bai Qian from TMOPB, or Zhu Xuan Ji from L&R they all loved their men more than the world at one point but at no point did the way the character was written in the drama version give me that vibes.

Bai Lu did a great job and she was the only reason I liked Su Su or Sang Jiu or Xi Wu at all. My girl did what she had to. Hats off the Luo Yun Xi as well, my man made me so attached to all the characters. I hate Bad Endings but if they are done well, I can live with it but this was all over the place and trashy. Spoiled it entirely, they could have gone in a lot of directions with this as either HE, OE, or SE, but I digress.

Just a big fat thank you to all the crew and cast members and the comment section down here, yall kept me entertained and happy.

All. Of. This. It especially drives me crazy when it's every single person in her life with dangling bits bossing…
Istg, let her choose her life and path. Be it when it comes to love interests or her life issues

Dislikes:
-Zero communication between leads, okay I understand we need angst and misunderstandings to further the plot but some of it is the most obvious and dumb situations.
-No female agency, LET THE WOMAN CHOOSE HER LIFE. I'm sorry but male leads or any man in the drama be it her father, brother or lover should not choose things for the girl just because they think it's for her own good.
-Male leads with faces as hard as bricks and have only two emotions of anger and blankness, get this man off screen before I throw hands.
-Female leads who act like pick me girls as if they are so unique and quirky.

Likes:
-Female leads who are strong even without being a bad girl with anger issues.
-The angst in historical dramas when they can't be with each other yet make it work somehow.
-Female lead and male lead go from hating each other to being a team reluctantly and solving issues or cases then fall in love on the way. (my favorite trope)
-Sunshine male leads who support and stand by their woman.
